Lacies was for a long time the best place to shop for all your intimate needs, the owner was very knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements to improve the bedroom life amd would even recommend places that sold stuff that would if he didn't have any in stock. Then they hired a blonde woman( i wont say the name) who did nothing but complain about everything when you went in there. She would grip about her husband, daughter, daughters boyfriend, co workers, the owner, and basically everything she could, while you were standing there trying to check out. A 10 min trip into the store could easily stretch out to 45 min because she simply wouldnt shut up about her daughters illegal boyfriend or her husbands disability check. So ive avoided the store but i was lookin for something specific the other day and have always had great lucky with the staff being able to special order what i was looking so i went back. I was thrilled to find they had dismissed the blonde woman due to many customer complaints. YAY and it seems they replaced with a awesome girl. She had many piercings and was rocking it. She was able to help to me and knew exactly what i was looking for when i described it and ordered it for me. I had it the following monday. And when i picked it up she showed me several different varities of the item incase i wanted to change it up a bit in the future but did not try to pressure me into buying else.

The owner and his staff(now that the blonde lady is gone) go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied looking for the stuff you need to get satisfied.

Wouldnt shop here! Very unpleasant experience. Rude and unprofessional owner. Traveled 5 hours to do a photoshoot and chose to stop and shop at Lacies on the way. I had a very specific look in mind but lacies had a very limited selection. I spent at least 30 minutes trying on the very few corset tops they had all while the owner LAID ON THE COUCH and bought the best one that i was still very unhappy with(just to be safe rather than sorry.) I later ended up finding the perfect black corset that made me feel beautiful. I decided to take the 60$ top that i bought from Lacies back since i wasnt happy with it and never worn it. I thought since it was less than 24 hours. I still had the reciept, i checked the return policies and nothing prevented me from doing so, and the tag was obviously still on the corset that it would be just fine, AND I NEVER WORE IT. The owner immediately shunned us away. As soon as the door opened he said "im not doing that" he felt that returning a product because you didnt wear it or like it wasn't a good enough reason, when asked what would be a good enough reason he then replied "im the owner i make the list" he was very rude, very unprofessional and they had a very limited selection. I absolutely loved this place. I was visiting Sherman and decided to stop in. They had an amazing selection of outfits, costumes, toys and various items. I currently live in the pnw and have been to adult shops all up and down the west coast, I would honestly say I think lacies has the most diverse and stocked toy selection I’ve ever seen! I was super pleased to learn they are dancer friendly and found tons of cute outfits I’ve never seen anywhere else! The best part of everything though was the amazing service. I was helped by Rachel, who right away was extremely friendly and helpful. She took me on a tour of all their outfit selections, explaining the different ones. She also picked out items for me she thought I would like. Anything I wanted to see she would take out of the box and show me how it worked! She was super knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and very kind. An amazing saleswoman!! I’ve seen the billboard on the Highway for years and I regret not coming in sooner. Definitely coming back to this spot when I’m back...
