The drive- up service at this location is an absolute failure. There have been multiple instances in which I was not given all of my items, and their process for remediating such an incident clearly does not have the customer's best interest in mind. Specifically, if this Target doesn't give you an item and you drive all the way home and realize it, you have 2 options: go back to the store and go inside to get your item(s), or go back to the store and go inside and request a refund of said item(s). On several occasions, I kindly requested they just refund me over the phone for what was not given and they refused to do so over the phone; they demanded that I needed to come get my items or get a refund from them in the store, and that if I didn't do it within 24 hours, I was out of luck at that point since my transaction was already ran. So to be clear, I requested items at Target, I paid for said items, they failed to give me said items, and now I have a deadline to physically come into the store within 24 hours to resolve their issue. The very rude employee named Sidney who took my call during the last incident clearly cannot sympathize and problem solve for her customers who use the services in the first place b/c of 3 toddler age children during a pandemic. It was a pathetic encounter that proves that this specific location doesn't truly care about...

(Shiloh Target)
Store is been reported for allegedly having items in stock for the Veteran weekend sales.
Sales bait practice, Nintendo NES classic edition mini, quantities limited. I was there at first light opening store to buy one for my children before they ran out.
NONE, supposedly they dont have them. Liars, the store manager and staff I am sure they are making profit out of them selling on Ebay and handing them out to fellow family members are friends. It is impossible such a hot item which is posted in their weekly ad to start selling it for the first time in ALL Target stores, released on the 11th of November. This is not the first time this store "does not have" items ib stock. Same goes with collectible gaming Target Central, Lego items buy one and free Lego figure, and store manager and staff never have.
Electronic representative too busy to at least called another store, and stated they had already called stores nearby from previous customers, LIARS, I opened store, first step opening doors. Target employees and supervisors involved in illegal practices. Left store empty handed with no possible solution, rain check could not be accepted, waste of time.
Such actions are, and will be reported to...
Read moreDear Target, was there on 13AUG2024. Thanks for sending your two watch dogs (short bald white guy, and black guy who looks like Brian Dawkins little brother) after me when I was trying to help a less fortunate person while he was inside AND outside of your store begging customers and 1 of your employees (black girl with braids) for spare change. YES, I know clearly something was off. Instead of it escalating further I offered to buy him food and a drink. This is called kindness. I purposefully looked up at your camera in the back just in case. If any of this was a problem then perhaps they should've came out sooner after him instead of going after the wrong "target"(ME) in this case. As a Veteran, I know how to assume I'm being watched and behold, I turned around when I got to my car and the bald white guy was walking back inside like he was trying to see where I was going even though they both saw me with items in my cart, pay for them, and after they tried to "strategically position" themselves. Guess I'll also find somewhere else to pick up my medicine as well before I get accused of trying to get well.
