The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the food was hot.

We were out short pump way and decided to stop at this location to pick something up really quick, we typically go to location near staples and broad. We were thinking how much of a difference could it be??!?

We waited for our food for 15 minutes in the drive thru, while waiting the two young guys that were working drive thru were snacking and making drink concoctions and tasting them and then laughing a bunch(even that I was like okay, they just kids I don’t really care) but then after shoving fries in their mouth and licking their fingers and not washing their hands I was starting to get grossed out. One of them proceeded to wipe down an ice cream machine, wiped his nose with his hand and then continued wiping the machine down... um gross.

Our food finally came and it was incorrect after we had already driven off, I returned and went inside to exchange for the correct items and the guys looks at my receipt to see if I was given what was ordered I had to explain to him the yes the receipt says the wrong item to because the person taking my order didn’t key it in correctly. He then asked if I cared about difference in price, I was so over it by now I told him no.

I’m the end I could say “it’s a fast food spot, what do you really expect??” But considering how attentive, quick, and friendly the staples and broad location is... I tend to expect a lot more than...

I went on Aug 3rd. And they were busy. Completely understandable. I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins. Had no problem with that either, they were busy. The problem came when I got to the window, the young man working it didn’t say a word, just stared at me. So I handed him the money and smiled and asked for my receipt. He didn’t respond, side glanced at me and then turned his back to me and start talking to his coworkers. He hands me the drink and I asked for some sauce. He still hasn’t responded to me and turns his back to me again. I then got my food after waiting another 10 mins and asked for the sauce again as I assumed he just didn’t hear me. He rolled his eyes at me and then drops it in my hands. I said thank you and not once did he even respond or acknowledge me. I understand that it was busy. I’ve worked fast food. But to wait 40 mins for food and then be treated that way when I was polite was terrible. I tried calling the store and got no one. And just thought it best to try again later. Still didn’t get through. The onion rings I got also had only had 4 and were so small it was ridiculous. And they didn’t put any banana stuff in the shake. Which I had to ask for after it was clear he thought he was done...
