I don’t have any constructive feedback on the quality as my chairs are nice and look beautiful. However, the customer service is terrible. It was to take 6-8 weeks and mine came in after 10 weeks. I had to keep calling as they would never return my call or let me know updates.
Finally the chairs arrived after they kept pushing dates by weeks and the lady I spoke with said she was unable to get them off the truck but she’d have someone get them that evening. I called back the next day and she said the guy that could get them would be there shortly and she assured me she’d have them off of the truck for me to grab. I gave her about a 4 hours heads up.
I leave during my work break and arrive but they’re both busy with one customer and told me to wait outside by the truck and they’d be out shortly. I sit in my car for 20 minutes and go back inside. The young guy was very rude to me as I sat and waited - I was late back to work and it made such a bad experience I’d buy my furniture elsewhere in the future. Good customer service goes...
