I went to the Nintendo switch launch event and tried buying something after my friend bought his switch, I went to the counter and the employee was staring at his switch getting it set up on his shift, so I tried telling him I was buying something and I got the typical gamer spaced out "uh huh" as if he's a zombie. He led me on saying that I was able to buy it with my in store credit, then when I told him that I'd put my number in he said I needed a trade in card that nobody ever saves to be able to use the money that's digitally tied to my powerup rewards card, he didn't even say sorry and when I said "have a good one" he didn't even look up from his switch or acknowledge that a customer was leaving. They know there stuff il give them that. But a few of the employees are incredibly rude and scoff at you when you try to talk to them. On top of that they rip you off 100 percent. I bought a 21 dollar game 2 days ago, i came in with my proof of purchase asking for a refund so i could get another game because the saving feature wasnt correctly working on it he wanted to give me 10 bucks for it. Upon finding out they had the piece I needed I asked if it was at all possible to come get the item.
