Taco Bell — Restaurant in Show Low

I went into Taco Bell yesterday to use two free taco coupons. The girl behind the counter had to call the manager, Patrick, over and he was rather rude when he told me I could only use one. I had my 3 year old with me, and had asked so I can't use one for him? He rudely said no. Then proceeded to go into the back and mock me and make fun of me for asking if I could use a coupon for my son. I am calling corporate today. The coupon SPECIFICALLY stated ONE PER PERSON, PER VISIT. IS MY SON NOT A PERSON? Another manager came over and asked if I was doing good, to which I showed her the coupon and told her I didn't understand why I wasn't allowed to use both coupons, one for myself and one for my toddler. She gave me a free taco, and another employee saw what had happened and bought my son fries. I rarely go to Taco Bell as it is. But when you're a manager you don't mock someone for wanting to feed her child and herself. I won't be going back to eat there when that...

I witnessed a manager, Jenna, yelling at an employee that was not on duty. The employee had come in to ask a different employee a question and Jenna kept on over talking him. Ask him why he called out for the next day, he said he didn’t call out, that he was trying to switch his shifts with somebody else. Jenna lied saying you can only do that if you’re sick. And rather than start a fight or try to escalate it, the off-duty employee asked if she was done, and when she did not respond she left. He was not offensive whatsoever, she however, I found to be extraordinarily unprofessional, rude, unproductive in the workplace, and quite frankly, I walked out right after that happened and did not order anything. It is appalling To see managers get away with treating their hard-working employees with such disgust and unfairness. I will not be going back to...

Let me put it this way, I'll never go back for multiple reasons. For one all the workers are absolutely garbage, one time I went in and the manager walked out to take the trash out and all the teens and everybody that was working gathered by the end of the register counter and sang a tiktok song and all counted down and said "we have to rehearse this perfectly" before they all started and then the l manager walked in they scattered. What's with that then? Everytime I go in or even the drive through I either get only half my order just tonight I got my taco upside down and spilled all over me and in my car that I have to clean by the way, and with all the money I had basically!
