Well let me add to this 3 years later. FACT: Still same poor Management that trickles to the top. Still harassing the Seniors with unsafe conditions provided by the incompetent Manager since I started 4 years ago. I've had 2 shoulder surgeries & Dr sendsme to a hot tub and a pool for Laps for physical therapy. Every time for 4 years the spa is constantly broken & the pool is very cold. They close the pool for the wholemonth of December for maintenance etc. But seriously nothing gets done. I travel far over 20 miles to come for therapy in the soa and pool I've paid for and I'm not able to use it confirtably at all. Many people leave & only 2 people to challenge the cold pool & broken spa. What a big shame. Take NOTE that off grid people posted its the best place for swimming and showers for the whole family. Careful of the pet lifeguards they will twist anything you say & call Management asap so she can come in to write you up like a child in school & harrass you over " freedom od speech!" Many of us are lawyering up now & if have been harassed there please join us. It's time for the madness to STOP!! Posted below 3 years ago. Sadly it's just not managed properly at all. Constant staff changes and a very rude, unfriendly woman managing it. Clearly, after a year of attending regularly, and many of us attending a council meeting with concerns, ( nothing changed, just got worse) the City needs to hire a new Manager ASAP....

It's a public pool, with hours for lap swim, with a safety hazard of basketball. I was hit in the head twice while swimming. Poor management, reported accident, no report taken. Spoke with pool management about safety hazard of hard balls being flung around the pool, nothing has been done. Sent recorded delivery letter to director, appeared at city council meeting a month ago, met with city manager and attorney still nothing has been done. Except to lose a lap swim lane , revenge for reporting safety hazard. Which did nothing to mitigate the danger to all swimmers this is a pool not a basketball court, everyone should be able to swim safely in a swimming pool. We have one public pool in the white mountains, there are multiple parks with basketball courts, l didn't lie down in a basketball court. I am not the only person who has been hurt. Spoke with safety chairperson this week. Supposedly the brains are coming up with a solution, 🤔😂 let's see, remove the hard balls from the pool area , ???. Oh that would make sense, apparently meetings are needed, because one person can not make a sensible decision. Still...

Was really looking forward to a swim but was disappointed in this place. I showed up very early to find out what times I could swim. I don't do laps; I just do some physical therapy type things thay only need a little space, preferably in deep water. However, in spite of them having an aerobics class and another class, they wouldn't let me in to use a little piece of the pool. The girl told me they use the whole pool for the aerobics class. I highly doubt that, since the pool is a very good size and I have never seen a class big enough to fill a pool that size. Also, I was there when the class got out and only saw five or six people in the locker room. By the time they let me in, which was during the lap swim, there was no room in any Lane for me to do my routine. I had to settle for shower and leaving again. The facilities look like they are decent enough but they need to work more on their scheduling and how they treat people who come to swim. I have been to many pools that let me in during a class to use a little corner away from the class. There is no reason they could not let me in to get done...
