Vinny and Nita were very helpful and kind. I recently was hired for a new job and training to be a server. With my first paycheck, I bought two new outfits for the job to then only be told that I wasn't what they were looking for. Which hurt me a lot. I went to return the outfits and was told at first that I couldn't return one of them due to them having a few dirty spots from working one shift in them. I understood why I couldn't return them but I was obviously a little upset that I couldn't return them and get my money back (which I feel bad about now 😓) so Vinny said he would go ahead and let me return them so I could get my money back. Very happy with this new location in Show Low! They have clothes, home items, beauty and you can even find seasonal (Halloween) decor. It’s clean and the dressing rooms are large. All the employees were friendly and working efficiently. The displays were organized. The setup is like other locations with the impulse buys by the checkout counters.
