Only giving one star because there isn't an option for 0. Hands down THE WORST customer service and product I have experienced. Initial wrap of a car was quoted at 3 to 4 days and took 17. The product I got back had wrinkles, bubbles, and seams everywhere and started peeling off within a month. They tried unsuccessfully to fix it by gluing it to my car, which also came off. Gave them a 2nd chance to redo it with a new color and again a 4 day quote turned into 20 and the wrap started peeling with TWO DAYS. He lied over and over again about both the product application and when the car would be done is absolutely not able to be trusted at all. My paint also got scratched when removing the original wrap and they did not tell me until I confronted them about it. This business is a sham. Would not recommend to...

Loren was phenomenal! I had an idle engine alert show up on the dashboard of my car. Turns out, I was out of coolant, so he walked me through what to do, on the phone, & had me send him a picture of my engine. When I arrived, he quickly figured out that the tube to my coolant reservoir was leaking. Once I secured the part, I went back to Loren & he installed it in 20 minutes. All the work was done within an hour and hw only charged me for the diagnostic fee. I was extremely scared because I had my nine month old son with me, but Loren really put my mind at ease.
