Scamming and cheating us of our money! Wayy too big of an upscale in prices. My daughter and I had gone to this store to buy some dumplings, and we thought it was around $6-$8 per bag as other asian markets in the area were priced similarly. The freezer where the dumplings were located did not have any price labels on anything. My daughter was the one to checkout the items, and I wasnāt aware that the price was $15.99 (!!!!) per bag and she had already paid for it. Before leaving, I saw that my daughter almost left without getting the receipt. She noticed and then asked for the receipt before getting it. Is this how you treat your customers? Isnāt it customary to ask your customer if they want their receipt or not before they leave? My daughter told me that the price for one bag was $15.99 and that left me shocked because how is ONE bag of dumplings that price?! We called the moment we got home and asked why it was priced so high. At first he said he had āno controlā of the prices of the items sold, then later he said that he has to price them like that because he tries to price items rationally. So, do you have no control of the prices or are you just pricing them according to how you see fit? We asked for a refund twice and on the second time he became impatient and started yelling and said stuff along the lines of āyou will not get a refund! Post on facebook or google I donāt care!ā And hung up on us. The customer service is TERRIBLE and this guyās patience is absolutely horrible. I hope you accommodate your future customers better and start pricing items reasonably and stop cheating customers of their money!!! Literally found the exact bag online for $8.99. Second, when we special ordered something, we received a discount of $10. Literally two days after, there was another owner/worker who called us and said that they mis-charged us and wanted us to pay the extra $10. $10!! really?? Anyways, we acknowledged and picked up our order. The product? Poorly made. It was not cut well and just looked horrible. We didn't even want to serve the food because it had a bad presentation.
Needless to say, I do not recommend this place as there is no customer care or loyalty. They are not customer focused and only look for the smallest of profits (again, it's only $10...). How is this company still in business? Oh wait, it is pretty much one of the only Korean markets in the area. Please someone, open up a Korean market of your own. I guaranteed it will be 1,000x better...

He couldn't since all items were all labeled dept 01 on receipt. There were 4 items rugged up twice but we only had 1 of each. Manager called police saying we kept the items. He wouldn't get us a refund but gave 1/2 money back for missing items. Beware if them double scanning. We have shopped there many times...
