STAY AWAY ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️. Came here to finance my first car. I was tricked into thinking i was approved for the car i wanted, when i got in they told me that the bank called back and said i needed to put down a few extra thousand or have a cosigner. i couldn't do wither so they threw a pos Genesis on me. it was a nice looking car, didnt drive it because it was still in the shop (i know thats my fault but like i said it was my first car and i didnt know how shady salesmen really were) after signing papers they kept it for about 3 days (the amount of time you have to legally return it per the contract) when i finally got it there were so many issues with it (tires were horrible, windshield was cracked all the way across, part of the seat was falling off, THE AIRBAG LIGHT WAS ON, the button for the sunroof was broken, and the window regulator for the passenger side needed to be replaced) all of that on a $13k car. they got it back in the shop after having me drive it for a week with one of the tires looking like it was about to explode. it took them a week to do an oil change, replace 4 tires, the window regulator and the windshield. they never gave me an inspection sticker. when it got out of the shop a second time i took it back to my job and pulled it up on the lift. my rear brakes were measuring 3mm. at this point i had only driven the car for about a week, when i confronted them about it they said most they cant do is give me an employee discount on parts. i work at a dealership myself in the service dept, i couldvt gotten discounted parts are work. my issue is i didnt feel like i shouldve had to pay $300 after i just paid $3k a month prior. my salesman has been ignoring me but when i show up the other office he acts friendly and happy to see me 🙄 this is THE WORST buying experience and i regret ever stepping foot into this dealership. i wish there were a way to get out of this contract but i was just a young dumb first time buyer. i will never be coming back for another vehicle and i will be recommending everyone else that i can...
Read moreStarted the process of buying a van, and the experience was what you expect from a used car lot. The salesman had very little knowledge of the vehicle, which wasn't a big deal. There was almost no negotiating on the price, but the payment was ok. Took it home and noticed a ton of defects I hadn't seen in the sun and heat earlier. Took it back the next day to work out a remedy to the situation. My wife talked to the sales manager, who only called her "baby" even after she corrected him. The salesman I worked with was extremely unprofessional and rude with her to the point she had to ask that he no longer speak to her. We ended up taking back our trade in and got a newer vehicle with less miles in Texarkana.
I don't recommend buying a vehicle here. Clearly, the sales manager and specific salesman have a habit of disrespecting women. If I ever see either of them again, we will be having a conversation. I noticed the standard reply is that the complaint has been sent to the GM, but it doesn't seem to matter as the reviews reflect...
Read moreTake your business elsewhere, buying a car is easy because they want to make money but it's a problem when you gotta bring your car in. Bought a car 6 months ago from this dealership brought it in because of a electrical problem where something is draining the battery. Its a problem the car definitely had before being purchased because the paint on the frame is scratched off where the cars been jumped off multiple times before. Anyway brought the car in after days of trying to get into contact with our sales rep. that has no idea what he's talking about, just wants to make a sale and be done. They had us waiting 3 hours and told us they had to keep the car without even checking the battery, they didn't have us a loaner car. I live a hour away and they sent us back with our car still not fixed and told us to come back another day. Everyone was trying to blame each other on why the car didn't get the the treatment it was supposed to the 3 hours...
