I I placed an online order and setup store pickup. I had my son on the order for pickup. He went on his lunch break to pickup the order. He presented my I'd and he stated the associate scanned it and gave him the item. When he took a picture of the item i said ohh they gave you a gift in which he said gift...this is your order!!! I called him speaking in code language cause by that time my daughter was around me. I sent him pictures of the eight items i ordered. He had to turn around and drive back up there because the made a mistake. At that time an associate called my phone to tell me they gave me the wrong order and need me to bring it back. My plan was ruined because my daughter heard everything. I was livid. When my son arrived at the store then then proceeded to hand him 3/8 items but luckily he had the photos I sent.i called to speak with the manager coincidentally heard them speaking my name in the background. Theresa is who I spoke with I explained everything to her she told me Amanda GM will be calling me I have not heard from her. (This happened on 4/3/22 today is 4/8/22 how long does it take to return a call) Iwill not return to Ulta because I let it slide but about 3 years ago they never sent me a lip pencil I ordered and they did not credit my account. It felt small so I didnt press the issue but now realize they dont care...

Long story the coupon did not apply even though it did not restrict the item. The manager was called and the clerk said we have to honor it due to it saying that it is valid, howeve the manager said there was nothing we could do and as a horrible attitude the whole time. I made two transactions and prior used a 20% off coupon on my entire order but chose to buy this separate since the discount of $10 off was greater than 20 % - after explaining that she informed me that the 20% was a one time code & would not honor it on my next purchase. Even though there was another 20% off coupon on the site which I later found out. I did call customer service who quickly sent over a gift card so I could complete my purchase and wrote an incident report. I later found out that the coupon works on the online purchase of the product I brought as well & is advertised online to be used with the coupon. Long story short I am disgusted with the managers attitude toward the whole situation- she was no help and seemed to not care st all. I've visited a few times to test products and was delighted to meet with HANNAH on one faithful evening! Aside from being professional and knowledgeable- this girl has REAL TALENT! She KNOWS make-up and has a keen knowledge of product and application for varying skins types and color. After spending an obscene amount on myself, I brought my Mom and introduced her to Hannah. In less than 30 minutes, my Mom was able to test and compare two looks (1/2 face application), then decided to buy new MAC foundation, concealer, powder, blush and new brushes! She hasn't done so in over 10 years! Needless to say, if you need to revamp your look, or simply replenish your make-up products, you absolutely must go to Ulta Shreveport.
