She waited on that table delivering refills, their food way before ours was delivered. We ordered a different sauce she never brought it. Only after the party of 10 left did she come back to our table. Then had the nerve to tell us to have a good holiday, lmao, Letâs just say that she wonât be buying Christmas gifts with my tip! Three people asked me my name, checked my order, and said it would be ready in a bit, but it never came. A few people whose order was scheduled to be after mine received them as soon as they showed up, at their scheduled time. At one point, the MOD approached me and asked what I was waiting for. I explained that I had been waiting for my Togo order. He said he would check on it, and I saw him help a waitress bring food to a table after he told me he was checking on my food. About 30 minutes after my food was scheduled to be ready, a guy handed me my food, and I asked what took so long. The answer I got back was âSorry, my manâ and then he walked off. When I got home, my daughter got all her food, but I was shorted 5 boneless wings, and my other 10 wings were the same flavor instead of the 2 I requested. So, I was shorted 5 boneless wings and one of my sauces. I have been going to this BWW for at least 15 years and this time has to be one of the worst services that I have ever received. Ever since Dave moved to the Bosser location, the Youree location has been going downhill fast. Yes, I did call the corporate number to complain about this, and yes, they threw me some reward points to shut me up, but this isn't about getting anything for free.
