Really really LOVE this place!! EVERYONE is so friendly nice!! Just the entire environment is a pleasure. Besides everyone being so nice n accommodating the atmosphere is super nice too!! Smells so good n so pretty inside n just all in all a treat. They even offer drinks, snacks n even a blanket if I get cold. Out of all the salons I had called (an there was a lot) Tabitha was the ONLY one to call me back about prices n times n everything. So I went ahead n booked appointments way into the future with her. Best choice ever!! She does an EXCELLENT job on the blowouts n the hair treatments have worked above anything I have ever tired. Also, one of the other things that I so love about this place is that Tabitha talks to me before each session n checks my hair out n talks to me about concerns n suggests whatever needed n asks me about my concerns. (NEVER has a Beauty lady done that) She is very thorough. The shampoo she gives is above anything I have ever had. And I been having my hair done once a week for the past 10 years or more. She massages my head as she shampoos and it’s so relaxing. Never has anyone in all my years, going to beauty salons ever treated me like they known me forever. I have to empathize how nice everyone is. ( I haven’t experienced the nicest Beauty ladies) I would never go anywhere else unless Tabitha changes salons (which I hope she doesn’t) I’d hope she’d continue doing my hair. She also hand painted my hair. (1st time for me ever) and I had concerns of my hair breaking/falling out cuz it has before but didn’t. I came to Tabitha w/a very specific request for my hair the Wed. (& Fri.) before my wedding day on (Easter)Sun. A bleached-white pixie cut, like I had when I met my (now) husband 13 yrs ago, and many times since. I had about 8 pics of me in the past, a pic of the style pixie cut, and a pic of the pastels I wanted. I was told she could do it, so the appt was set w/the estimate being around $325. I left very upset from our original appt on Wed, w/yellow hair & 3 "pastels", which were a pink, a "purple" that looked dark gray, and a green, supposedly, but I could never see it, which all seemed haphazardly placed. Ended up being charged around $225, and messaged the next day explaining my upset. I was told to come in again Fri, bc she wanted me to be happy, but I again was left dissatisfied, disappointed, and upset, but KNEW it wasn't going to be good the moment I arrived, and received attitude w/an earful of excuses as to why it wasn't at all what I'd asked for, then had bleach re-applied directly onto my scalp once again, instead of foils, taking the "pastels" w/it. Then, more excuses as we waited, so I told her about the benefits of rinsing w/Apple Cider Vinegar to get the brassiness/yellow/slimy feeling out, but she instead went w/turning half my hair gray w/toner, & STILL leaving yellow, bc she wasn't "familiar w/the process". My head was in the bowl getting the bleach washed out, when I decided against reapplying pastels w/her. I'm unsure if she's inexperienced, or what, but the attitude & rolling of the eyes wasn't necessary, I definitely won't be back, and think people should know if someone is LIABLE TO FIB ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH TO GET YOUR BUSINESS, even when it...

I’m certain 5 stars is just not enough! I had a difficult day and just wanted to get my hair shampooed and blown out to make me feel better. Rosie’s staff greeted me instantly on entering and the receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. She even gave me a tour of the salon since this was my first visit. Serra took the time to consult with what I was desiring for my service today and was very educated in what services would be best for my hair in the future. The vibe of the whole salon was uplifting and definitely positive. It really helped to put me in a much better mood today. My hair is ALOT to deal with it is long and takes a little longer to dry. Serra did a fantastic job and styled it perfectly. I felt like a million bucks when I left the salon. In fact, I booked 3 more appointments before leaving and I am excited for my next experience!
