This is my second review with Jon. My mom passed away 01/04/2022. Long story short I had a thought as a lasting memory for my sister and I. I explained my story to Jon not even knowing what I wanted. When I started this thought I didn’t think it would be possible but then I found Jon at Bespoke Fine Jewelry. I was married in 1982 and my husband died in 2006. The wedding set that I wore for 25 years was eventually stolen and I thought gone forever. I now have 3 granddaughters that never got to meet their grandfather....I wanted them to have a memory they would treasure. I sent Jon the only picture that I had of my ring. It was only a side view so not the best to work with. Jon was incredible....he sent me several options and suggestions. I wanted rings that would remind my granddaughters that they came from a love story...I received the rings yesterday. I can’t explain how beautiful these rings are. I have been interested recently in finding a place to help me create a custom ash pendant for me as many already made ones seem problematic in my opinion. After days of searching the web for the best of the best near me, I found a thumbtack website with many incredible reviews about Bespoke Jewelry, but mainly about a man named Jon. I ended up submitting a form to thumbtack about my situation and what I had wanted done, only to have my account to Thumbtack immediately blocked because I am 16. After finally seeming to have found the perfect option, I just about gave up all hope and was pretty angry with Thumbtack. I opened my email up a couple days later and saw an email from Bespoke Jewelry, specifically Jon, who I had seen so many great reviews about. He let me know that he would be happy and willing to help me create/find a pendant that I would love. His communication was incredible, and always offered help with designs, and his expert knowledge on how we could try and make something work. I ultimately decided not to work with him since I had already made a commitment prior to another design place, but I would have loved to work with Jon and know he would have done an exceptional job. I hope to work with him in the future if I ever need anything, and will continue to refer him to friends and family....

I have a unique engagement ring and wedding band, found after months of searching for something I liked when my husband and I were planning to get engaged and married. Each ring was hand carved and molded, and I found out recently that the artist no longer makes them.

I was incredibly nervous that something would happen to my rings, and I would have to find a replacement that wasn't the same. Heartbroken at the thought, I hit up Google. I was, admittedly, nervous about sending my rings to Jon, but I really had no reason to fret at all. He gave me a quote initially based on photographs and, after clarifying a couple of requests (I wanted my white gold un-plated, like my original rings), the updated quote he sent was only marginally different.

He duplicated my rings perfectly - side by side, it's impossible to tell which is the replicant and which is the original. He contacted me when the rings were ready to be completed, and I even requested that he hold off on mailing them, as I was going to be out of the country.
