I visited this salon for the first time recently and had an amazing experience! Since it was my first time, they gave me a tour and the staff was very inviting. I hadn't gotten my hair cut in about a year mainly because of sanitation worries due to COVID-19, but this salon made me feel very comfortable. They were exceptionally clean, and did temperature checks at the door, which is very reassuring for a healthcare worker.

Misty cut my hair and it was by far my favorite cut I've ever gotten. She was professional and soft-spoken, which I really appreciated because all the other salons I've been to push unnatural conversation and speak about my personal life sometimes louder than I'd like.

My hair was in really bad shape with breakage and looking rather stringy at the ends. I walked in and basically gave them a long, thick, tangles mess and I walked out with shiny, healthy hair. Misty listened exactly to my specification and framed my hair beautifully to my face. She even styled it in a simple way that I hadn't worn in years and I learned a lot from just watching her do it.

She kindly showed me some issues with my hair about breakage and buildup and recommended I switch shampoo's and change my washing routine to help. I felt so beautiful and confident walking out when usually I walk out of a hair salon looking like a wet dog and being dissatisfied with the cut.

I think this place is worth the investment if it's a couple times a year, and I will definitely be a customer...

I was so pleased to find Evangelin Salon open today (Tuesday--change of hours) and have them able to accommodate me as a walk-in. Ashlyn was very professional and did a great job on my trim and blowdry! My hair is very coarse, a little unhealthy, and curly with the odd cowlick and she intuitively understood how to work with it. She was also cautious in asking about cuts and techniques before proceeding --not in a paranoid way, but just enough so I didn't suddenly wind up with something I wasn't expecting as has happened occasionally in other places. The environment is posh and tastefully decorated, tranquil, very clean, and well-maintained. I like that they seem to lean towards more natural products, but ones that actually work. Wren and Ashlyn made me feel pampered and pretty during my short visit, and like less of a hurried soccer mom. If I had more time I'd check out their boutique items as they seemed intriguing! Hidden Gem 💎 of a salon. The attention to detail is spectacular. The stylist consult, they collaborate and they execute flawlessly. They have exceeded my expectations both times I have come in.
