I had the best experience at this mattress store, thanks to Maxx—what an incredible guy! I’d stopped by a few times over the past months, unable to make up my mind about a mattress. With surgery coming up on Monday, I knew I had to finally make a decision, so I decided to stop in tonight—and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I walked in, Maxx made everything so comfortable. Let’s be real: mattress shopping can feel awkward, lying on beds and pretending to relax in front of strangers. But Maxx was so friendly and approachable, I didn’t feel awkward for a second. He really knows his stuff, and with just a little bit of information from me—because honestly, I had no idea what I liked—he guided me straight to the best options.

He explained the differences between mattresses in such a clear and simple way, and he did it all with such a genuine and helpful attitude. Maxx wasn’t pushy or over-the-top; he was just focused on finding what worked best for me. Even better, he made sure my mattress, box spring, and everything else would be delivered and set up this Saturday—just in time before my surgery.

Had a great experience there today. Went in looking for a very particularly suited mattress due to my husband shoulders and back. He's had several surgeries on each and we needed something to especially fit him and not necessarily just go with something "orthopedic" due to the nature of his injuries. The employee, Jessica, was being patient and helpful. We tried so many mattresses and she gave us info on all the mattresses we tried and was never pushy on purchasing anything, which I totally appreciate. After we decided on one, we found out there would be a delay. Not long but hubby was determined to take home a new mattress TODAY. Yup, a little impatient😉 but in his defense we haven't had a new mattress in almost 15 years and he lives in pain with his shoulders and back. She then went above and beyond and found one in their back room that had been a floor model. She gave us an awesome discount on that one and even remembered there had been a remote control base that matched it that we were able to purchase as well. She kept us completely informed of all mattresses and the different warranties and things that go with them. Then after we picked it up we forgot a piece to the base. My husband and I walked in not knowing what we wanted except we knew we didn't want out "mattress in box" lifestyle anymore (we only had it 5 months and the back pain it gave me was excruciating that I blamed for so long on my pregnancy until it kept getting worse after the baby arrived) so Chuck greeted us and gave us the option to have him come with us around the store telling us about the mattresses or letting us go on our own to try them then call him for any questions. We appreciated the option because we wanted to we go around trying them ourselves without the awkwardness of someone waiting around for us. When we made our decision, Chuck came over and gave us a detailed description of the bed, where it's made, how it's made, everything! Seemed even better than we thought and he even gave us personal experience with the bed and personal opinions between another that we were thinking of. We were sat down at his desk and got our paperwork filled out, straightforward and quick! He even got it submitted in time for us to have it delivered the next morning!
