The staff was very rude and unfriendly. The store was NASTY!! The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days, the trash was over flowing, and most of the proteins looked like it had been sitting all day and was dried out. I assumed they had a very busy day and short staffing due to the mess. All I wanted was a chicken quesadilla for my 5 y/o, but he eats the adult one. There weren't any other customers in the store, but I was told I could order 1 or 2 kid quesadillas, but not an adult quesadilla. I asked for a manager and explained that everything was closing and that it was for my toddler. The manager told me I had to order online or order the kids' quesadilla. They said ordering online was to prevent the line from being held up. There should be signs if this is the case. Imagine if i stood in a long line first. Moreover, if there aren't any customers in the store and the store is soon to be closing, as a manager, you can make an executive decision to complete the order for your customer... especially when there aren't any other customers present. Because of the time, I was unable to place an online order, and they weren't willing to accommodate me. I had to head back to town without feeding my child. I will never return. It's not hard to recognize a racist. The way they looked at and talked to me, I felt nothing but hate and discrimination. I will never return!
I never understood how store owners don't pay attention to their reviews. Every time a customer walks away or decide to not return, that's revenue loss. You must be comfortable with the bare minimum and not thriving or growing. You are making money off of your household name and not quality of food, neither service. Read moreWas in at this location yesterday evening, normally don’t due to the shortage of foods constantly (fav chips), but I was really wanting it this time. First I walked in to a pretty unclean dining room. As I’m standing in a long line getting ready to order, I notice in the back, the prep tables filthy and piled high with dirty dishes. Stoves were filled with multiple dirty dishes as well. Every bin they emptied on the line, was thrown behind them and just kept pulling up. This should have been my red flag but I was hungry. Better yett, they had just brought over a brand new batch of chicken which I thought was wonderful, considering I was wanting Chipotle so bad. I ordered my normal, a chicken bowl with the stuff I always get put into it. Despite the new batch of chicken, I was looking at it a little leery. It had an odd look to it. But I was so excited for Chipotle I blew it off. Another red flag. They had everything I wanted, the service wasn’t bad at all. Almost forgot my chips I had paid for but I didn’t mind. I got home and started eating my bowl. The chicken was a weird texture and chewy but I was super hungry and that was my first time eating for the day. I had ate about half of my bowl before stopping for the evening. I can never finish a whole bowl in one sitting. Was actually going to give some to my son but he wanted McDonald’s instead. In which I’m totally glad I hadn’t given him not even a single bite. This morning I woke up with excruciating stomach pains and running to the bathroom. I began to throw up chunks of my previous dinner. It was coming out of both ends, continuously, as well as a massive headache. I continued to have the stomach pains throughout the whole morning/afternoon. As I’m still dealing with it. Read moreFirst off I am long time chipotle fan and second i have been to this chipotle since it opened but recently it has become more and more just god awful. One incident recently i had was were there was an employee in line getting a bowl and he asked for lettuce and guac and the girl serving him laughed and said we have no guac or lettuce but proceed to go to the online order side and get him both. And before i even ordered a boy who i believe is the manager said to me “we dont have any guac or lettuce” Confused, as i just saw, they obviously had both just not at the servicing line. So i said screw it I am not getting anything. Then i asked him as my daughter was ordering, so you mean to tell me if i order online I could get both? Slightly stunned the so called manager said “maybe” “i dont know” now i wasnt going to order online as that was completely idiotic. I was just trying to prove a point. This is just one of many terrible situations that has occurred at this location. This chipotle is being ran into the ground and someone should do something…
Update: When I sent the review on google, the response from chipotle was let us make it right. Well you accomplished nothing you didnt make it right, in fact you made it worse by telling me that it was ok for the employee in front me to get it from the online side and that it is not ok for anyone else.
