Don't go here. Rip off and predatory practices. Harassing phone calls which get worse the closer you get to payoff, so they can get the Merchandise and likely rerent it. Typical of rent to own companies. One star only because I had to. Unprofessional, overpriced, horrible business ethics.

I have recieved every single day two calls which begin on the very due date from the Sierra Vista location. In leasing to own a washer and dryer they were fully aware I am on a fixed income and get paid once Monthly.
Since change of management harassment has continued, even increased. I came into the store to return the merchandise prior to that, where I was talked out of doing so at that time, as it is more than halfway paid off and understood (I thought) my situation and Would continue to work with me.
I get repeated calls as Stated above. Today I recieved an intimidating Message, 2 in fact, one to schedule pick up the merchandize if no call was return by the end of the day. I am Seriously ill, disabled, less than a week late. This is a very bad way to operate any business, predatory at best. It is not a car loan, a bail. Bondsman. Loan, yet I'm being harassed to the point of reporting this to the. BBB. Actually I will, as this I'm sure occurs often to others as well. I am an established member of the community and am not a criminal nor thief..
Your practices are predatory.
I will not pay under such predatorial harassment, period.

This is a violation of this paragraph.
As told repeatedly and politely, you may call to remind, once, but once that is accomplished, they may NOT do so repeatedly. This is predatory harassment, especially when towards those on a fixed income.

I'm not the only one that has had this experience , i even had a friend call , to check if she was only rude to me or , and she also treated her so badly , we're gathering signatures to take it down to better business bureau . Read moreBEDBUGS! I would STRONGLY advise NOT going here! Purchased a used sectional, as is, off THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR, only to discover a few weeks later it was infected with Bed Bugs! After an inspection found that the only place in the entire home the bugs were located was in that sectional. Luckily they did not spread because I discovered the problem fairly quickly. Wrapped the furniture tightly in plastic and asked Aarons to remove it and issue a refund which they did after some arguments and speaking with the branch manager. I then had to pay over $1k for a thermal bed bug treatment of my apartment just to be on the safe side. I had already donated my old furniture so it took several months to save up to finally be able to purchace a new couch from Discount Warehouse furniture (Which I LOVE and has NO BUGS INCLUDED!)
