Shawarma Hut — Local services in Sierra Vista

So to start I'm definitely not shawarma expert and this is from the point of view of someone who's never had one before just now. I won't be coming back. I paid $17, or around that, for the beef shawarma. The price alone isn't too bothersome. I'm willing to pay good money for good food. But the food left a lot to be desired and all I got was the wrap. That doesn't include anything else. The beef was thick, tough, and dry, making the shawarma difficult to eat. I was under the impression that schawarma meat was suppost to be thin cut meat off of a spit and it definitely does not seem like that. I would love to rate the food but didn't get a chance to try it. I went to Shawarma Hut with coworkers yesterday. When we approached the counter, the gentleman standing on the other side could not be bothered to look up from what must have been a captivating piece of paper and the young lady, who seemed genuinely busy, never acknowledged our presence. Update: 2nd visit- Wanted my girlfriend to try this, as the food was really good before. We walked up to the counter and a customer notified me that they were out of some necessary food items. I got a bad vibe, so we left to go somewhere a bit more reliable.
