Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

on may 18, 2013 around 11:00 a.m our family went out to eat at this restaurant my granddaughter went and got her ice for her soda but as she was pouring her ice she took her cup off the ice machine and saw gross, nasty fungus or mold on the ice it was oozing out of the ice machine and all over her ice in the cup so I asked to speak to the manager but he\she refused to speak to me about the situation and had the cashier speak to me so I told her what was going on but she did nothing about it, now if me or my grandchildren were to drink that we would have gotten food poisoning and if any of those people before me went and got something to drink and got sick now you know its from that ice machine. after that we went and got a refund .And the cashier said that they have not cleaned that machine for two months after that we are never going back to that jack in the box again. at least...

Just arrived in town at rhe hotel across the street and walked through the open door past an exiting employee stood at front counter while i was passed at least 5 times by employees who never acknowledged my presence and after many minutes another customer entered who i told i was not recieving service and an employee sitting on his phone in the lobby said he would get someone for us who came to the front and refused to serve me told me drive through orders only however im driving a large truck that will not fit in your drive through and i was still refused service. Drive through was not busy and my order could have been rung up and i could have ate insted i was sent off to walk back hungry in the rain. Last time i walk through your doors. Waited 17 minutes in a restaurant that was not that busy. In fact, my last trip to Culver's I had to wait behind 4 other people to order and the drive thru was slammed, yet I got my perfectly prepared food in 10 minutes. To top it off, my order was NOT repeated back and I did not get the curly fries I ordered. At least I wasn't charged. I won't be returning as this is not the first time I have waited over 15 minutes for two combos to be prepared when it was slow. The girl working the front counter acted like we were an inconvenience to her shift. Also, we did not get the requested ketchup packets. I witnessed them serve up an order of chicken strips that had sat in the basket over the deep fryer for over 10 minutes. Thankfully not to me.
