7103 Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

This coffee shop has the best coffee in Sierra Vista. Being a repeat travel I’ve tried all of the most popular coffee spots and been mildly disappointed or thought “this coffee is okay”. When I came upon this woman’s coffee shop in the mall I gave it a shot and so glad I did! The coffee has wonderful cereal essence, allowing for the coffee (espresso) flavors to come through without the bitter bite or after taste (a lot of what one would taste with Starbucks). She has a wide variety of drink choices and she is very knowledgeable in all coffee drinks. Obviously the wait is going to be slower than that of a chain coffee shop due to her being the ONLY person there -customer service, barista, cashier, cleaner. I’ve waited longer at Dutch bros but was much happier with my drink here. Price point is about what you expect from any coffee place in this city.
