More Space Place did a stellar job! Jamie (Sales) took the time to explain the options and made recommendations for our specific space when he came out to measure. He also was realistic with time frames. We said we needed it in time for Christmas and today, Dec 12, my Murphy bed was installed!!! More Space Place is the first vendor this year to do what they said they would do and when they said they would do it!! Let me also give a shout out to Patrick! He installed the Murphy bed. More Space Place offers excellent customer service and a quality product. Lucy, their scheduler went above and beyond to accommodate us! We were expecting a house full of guests for the holidays. There were delays due to covid but Lucy was able to schedule delivery of the mattress ahead of the bed so no one would have to sleep on the floor. And then a couple of days later we got a call about a cancellation so our bed was actually installed a week early! Jonathan, who installed our office furniture from More Space Place, did an awesome job! He was prompt, courteous and professional. When the job was complete he was meticulous about cleaning up both inside the office and in the garage where he did all the sawing. We would highly recommend him!
