Giggles is the best adult store to visit hands down in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Venice area! The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable about all of their products, they give GREAT recommendations and get you the most bang for your buck! Seriously! My wife and I were browsing for something we thought we wanted based on just personal researching and reading reviews and what not but when we went to giggles the first time the staff was so wonderful, helpful and informative and suggested something different than what we wanted but we couldn’t of been happier with their suggestions! Their inventory is endless and they have a little something for everyone! We’ve been around to every store from port charlotte to St. Petersburg and giggles is the store that I would recommend again and again. They help you with warranty issues if your device happens to break or stop working they guide you through the warranty process and make it nice and simple for you instead of most stores where they basically just tell you to buy a new one or get something different and leave you feeling ripped off and Unhappy/unsatisfied. If I could leave no stars I would but I don’t think you could. I have purchased three different bullets; two the same brand the third a new one they switched to and they all broke within the first several months. I recently purchased a 149$ Vush toy thinking that would be fun…one it’s not a good product to begin with, a wand would have been a better investment no fault to them. But this isn’t even two weeks old and it won’t charge! I’m confused as to why every product I purchase from here seems to be defective. On top of that one of the woman there made me incredibly uncomfortable one time for being “friendly” to a married couple who were telling me about fantasy fest and a couple of friends who were tying on nun costumes wanting me to take pictures of them for their socials. She wouldn’t let me walk away from her “lecture” and actually grabbed my arm twice to pull back and finish reprimanding me because she has certain clientele that don’t even want to be looked in the eye. I’m very good at reading people and know when not to disturb them. Maybe she needs to learn how to read people when she’s crossed their boundaries and made them uncomfortable. Love this shop! The staff is awesome there, love the person who’s helped me the few times I’ve been in. She’s the best! So helpful and personable! They have a wide range of products and brands. Definitely best to go in with some kind of idea of what you want and your price points. Or just wing it, super fun to just walk around and get ideas! They have some quality stuff, the 🤴🐓 dillys with the swinging 🥜 are my absolute favorite! No idea how they make the “skin” so dang real either! Prices are actually super comparable to online retailers, which is rare for a brick and mortar. So I appreciate that. I’m always willing to pay the extra buck for quality though!
