In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Signal Hill

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Kaleb, Herbert, Mia and Tarrah. Truly an amazing staff. I was having a long day at work and decided to grab dinner from In N Out for me and my fiancé. It was raining slightly, however my first interaction was with Kaleb. Despite the weather conditions, he greeted me with a smile and took my order and had the nicest interaction with me. I was then greeted by Herbert. I immediately asked for a manager because both gentlemen were extremely polite, very helpful and just gave off great energy that they were happy to be at work. I spoke briefly with the manager Tarrah and my experience with interacting with her was very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and thanked me for leaving great feedback. My last interaction was with Mia who exited strong. She was very polite, and again smiled during the entire time she assisted me with handing me my food. I had a long day, was stuck in traffic for nearly an hour trying to get home and was just exhausted. Seeing friendly faces, positive energy and being able to interact with individuals who are happy to help others really changed my mood. I no longer cared about the day I had. Just went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago and had the worst experience at one of my most beloved in&out locations. The 2 men taking my order and payment were great but the lady who gave me my final order was terrible. Her colleague accidentally near dropped my order and instead of being apologetic and offering to change the crumpled box and turned over fries, she just asked me if I wanted ketchup and slapped the packets on top of my clean food. Just fyi lady, ketchup packets are not clean and my family will be eating these later. I wanted to go back in and ask for the manager but was too tired after work. I’ve always had a great experience at this location but since this lady has worked the pickup window (second time she handed me my meal), I have left this beloved diner with a frown. I went here at 10PM on a Saturday night. Parking was good driving in. Went in there were only 3 ppl in line. Ordered a flying Dutchman, extra patty no salt, Animal Fries Well and a Small Drink. Waited over 10 min. than normal time only to get normal animal fries in the end. I didnt want to wait another 10min. Just to have them correct it as my friends were waiting on me to get my order. Another lady that received her order before me also messed up her order and although the worker was polite she still made a face when she turned around which made it obvious to other customers that the worker was upset having to correct the order. Ive been to 6 In-N-Out locations and food wise this was one of the worst. They have issues with paying attention to the order presented to them. The drink station was a mess.
