Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Signal Hill

Sorry to say this… this is the first time I am disappointed with my order, ordered 2 3 piece egg rolls one large coke no ice and one large coffee with 3 sugars and what I got was a cold old coffee and 3 creamers rather than sugar which I asked for. I am a regular customer of this location and this happened between 11 to 11:15 pm 12/28/24. 01/02/25 had the same experience again, same lady gave me 3 creamers instead of sugars, don’t know if this certain lady is stupid, have something personal grudge against me or plain not paying attention? I am always nice to the staff but I am done with this place. This happened again at past 11 pm which is the normal time I drive thru. When the white guy… not sure if he is in charge when I see him? But I get my orders right, this same latina woman just really screwed me over again. Did not even get an apology from this lady either 😤 just plain out rude by saying give me back the creamers when I said… this is the second time you gave me creamers when what I asked for was 3 sugars, not to mention not even a stir stick or mixer 😤 several days ago, just ordered one large coke from drive thru, it took so long, line was taking too long to be served, and when you get to the window… no thanks no sorry for the wait, just after handing your large coke after a long wait, lady just shut the window. This is a reminder you need to fire your manager at that store. IN-N-OUT prices are cheaper a extra large coke cost not even $3.00 and better speedier service...

There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. It also looks as though the woman took a drink or was drinking out of the cup she filled because there are 2 lipstick spots under the lid where someone's mouth was on the cup. This was the second day in a row I visited this jack in the box on my way to work and today's service was horrible. I am afraid to even eat my food because what if this woman touched my food as well with those filthy hands. I spent almost $35 on 3 combos and an iced coffee and thw only thing that im gonna a touch is the iced coffee because I need some coffee this morning. I want my money back. AVOID AT ALL COST. Especially at night. If Osvaldo is taking your order, expect it to be wrong. If you want respect when correcting their mistake, don't hold your breath. If you like your drinks without the servers fingers in them, don't order it without ice. They will literally put their hand in your beverage to remove the ice, and then try and guilt you about ordering it that way.

Why would I go out of my way to respond to a very obvious "cut and paste" response my the "owner" to go to Jack In The Box's website and fill out yet another survey. You need to get your $hit together and manage your team better instead of getting customers to fill out online forms. Clearly, Osvaldo need more food handling training, and the manager who responds to online reviews should be a bit more sincere about their responses than "go to this website so we can escalate this issue". Because if I do, you're name will be on the list of people that need...
