This place has the worst customer relations. Once you purchase its screw you if it's defected. They don't care and the junk the sell is poor quality. Exsample: i bought a face shield which distorted everything; you could not ride without lifting it up to see clearly. Brought it back & explained the problem but this one salesmen said i don't see anything wrong with it. I said that's because its not attached to your helmet & your not riding a motorcycle. He did not care..to bad. He said and i quote; that what happens when you buy cheap stuff.. Wow OMG! You just admitted your selling cheap stuff which is defective. My advice to all who buy merchandise from this business, they don't stand behind their mercandise and the sales people are rude and don't give a dame if you have a problem with what you puchase: as for any refunds or exchanges...forget about it. DO NOT BUY FROM...

Boots were ordered online, only going to oceanside from their place in long beach/signal hill, so showed up fast.. turns out needed one size down. talked to Wes over the phone who was cool about it all and looked up the order based on last name, didnt have order number handy. He also verified they had the one-size-down in stock that i wanted to exchange for. Called again next day to confirm ok to exchange closeout item, he assured me all was well. I show up with the boots, victor handled all this.. they take a short time to handle the new invoice/paperwork and im on my way. Good price, good service, good deal. negative reviews down below sound like duplicates or idiocy.. size 6XL helmet? no such thing exists, sounds like some of their past...

Just got my AFX -FX100 Helmet . It took two and a half weeks to get here but that's my only gripe. The helmet is spot on. The finish and quality are amazing for a skullcap under one hundred dollars and there are features like the inner sun shield visor that you should only get with helmets costing at least twice as much there's also the unique quick release system for the helmet instead of D rings . If your a wise shopper as most people are these day's you should take this helmet under consideration . Be advised though these helmets run on the small side so it's a good ideas to order it a size larger than you usually purchase . You'll be more than satisfied with your order.
