I just recently found out the ring that they created and made for me from a stone that I purchased from a reputable jeweler in Colorado. I moved back to my home state, and realized there was a "diamond" missing in the setting. I took my ring from a very reputable jewler, Robt Hallet in Oakmont, Pa. They specified that (Chat jewelry) did not secure the sapphires and most of the diamonds that surrounded the green tourmaline. Thank goodness I did not loose the sapphires but I did loose a diamond from around the setting. A Very Disappointing Experience. 2 month Delay. Misleading Communications. I called the store asking if they did watch repair. I was told "Yes, Bring it on over". I drove 35 miles to find out that there was no Watch Repair person employed there. They had to send it out. I left the watch. I took a watch to be repaired 2 months ago. They told me they could not give me an estimate but would have to send my watch to another location. After 2 weeks, I was informed of the estimate. I told them I would like to get my watch back and not proceed with having it repaired. They told me they would call when my watch was returned to the Signal Mountain location. 2 months later, I still had not heard from them. I attempted to stop by multiple times and they were always closed even during their posted business hours. Finally, today I was able to get my watch. It was returned to me disassembled.
