5 STAR SERVICE-NO QUESTION! My ten year old daughter needed medical attention after a bicycle accident during covid-19. After 15 mins of panicking and realizing the urgent care near us was closed I didn’t know what to do. Go to the ER-where due to corona was a mess..wait for the nurse from the pediatrician to call back or what. I knew she was bleeding somewhere in the mouth but she was freaking out. My husband text Dr. Blake Jones a picture and asked what he recommended we do. We had his number bc after other dental procedures he had sent text to make sure we were okay. He responded immediately and told us to meet him at his office. He arrived right behind us. After xrays, 10 stitches, and 6 missing teeth-we survived. She had disconnected her chin from her gum. Terrible. Dr. Jones could have easily punted us off or ignored the text. He could have tried to treat without in person contact bc fear of the virus. He did the exact opposite. He, his assistant, and the other dentist made us feel so at ease. His calming spirit and trustworthy nature made my daughter feel safe. I will never forget that. He played kidz bop and talked her through the whole procedure. All with only local anesthesia. This is a family dentist. By that I mean you can grow with him. He sees my kids as well as me and my husband for our normal care(cleanings, fillings, root canals). We have had multiple procedures done by him. Always happy with the result. This time though I couldn’t let it pass with out a public praise. He has a life long customer in me now. If you have children and want to create a longer bond than your normal pediatric dentist this is your guy. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to him - you will not find better care. Pam is my hygienist and has been for as long as I can remember. Love her. Candace and Lechelle..so kind and easy to work with. If you are near or new to the area CHOOSE HERE! 6th visit: ok. I had a lot of work to be done and the pandemic delayed all of it so let me tell all the people who read this: take care of your dental health. It is every bit as important as any other, eyes or regular health screenings, or even changing the oil in your car. Dont put it off because you never know what tomorrow brings! There is always a way to help with the costs, CareCredit, etc. This dental group is exceptional. Dr Jones - a perfectionist in his field and very personable and kind. His staff - all of them - very well trained and personable, as well. I would give a 10-Star if one was available.

5th visit - had a crown and an extraction. Zero pain, zero noises and still almost 8 hours later: No pain. Just taking Tylenol Seriously. In all my life, I have not had such a competent, confident dentist and that extends to his staff, as well. Just. Perfect.

4th visit was great; a prep and review and plan for extraction (O have multiple health problems) The BEST!

3rd Visit! - Still - nothing short of perfect. The most caring dentist AND all of the staff. The best dentist in the entire area for 50 miles, maybe more.

Second visit went exceptionally well - and better than the first one. The entire staff and process was perfect. If other businesses were as caring, patient friendly and compassionate as this dental group, the world would be a better place. Thank you to ALL involved with my care. From the check-in to insurance to Checkout, X-rays, dental hygienist and assistant and the dentist himself, Dr Jones. 100% recommend and for the first time in my life I am still looking forward to my next...

I had to have a tooth-root extracted & my new upper plate, with the added extra tooth, refitted. Dr Jones did a wonderful job at both. He took every suggestion on the teeth & made sure thar they are a perfect fit! The only suggestion I have is that the doctor should be a little bit slower in his insertion of the numbing medication. That would allow for more numbing ahead of the needle & less pain for the patient. I'd much rather wait a few more seconds & have no pain than to suffer terribly for a short amount of time. (The pain memory lasts for a LONG time!) But, yes, I will be going back because I know that they care about their patients. I've been a patient of theirs now for well over a year & now must have all of the rest of my uppers pulled. Dr. Jones is a very nice and patient man. He will do a wonderful job for me & follow up on me, I'm sure. I feel secure with my choice in him as my dentist. I've even gotten my Mother to agree to go allow Dr. Jones the chance to refit her dentures thar have been ill fitting her for...
