On Monday July 20, 2020 I visited San Felipe with a friend approximately 1hr to closing. We ordered $30 worth of food as usual and left a $6 tip. We cleaned our table so the waiter wouldn't have to work as hard and was out of there promptly at 10pm. I asked for a water to go and was brought a huge cup of water. I sipped the water and thought it tasted funny, but didn't overthink it. I drank on that huge cup of water until 3am, at that time I went into the kitchen to put more ice in the cup and upon removing the lid discovered black and brown particles floating throughout my water. Immediately I became disgusted knowing I had consumed who knows how many ounces of this s@#*. Of course they were closed so I had to wait until the next day to call. When I called I spoke to Olivia (who is suppose to be a manager) about what happened and she never apologized and was basically like "oh well I don't know because I wasn't here last night" I'm saying to myself does it really if you were here last night or not? You're here now! And as a manager who's speaking with a loyal customer of 5yrs or more regarding finding something other than ice and water in there drank, should be a little more sympathetic. Especially, with COVID-19 alive and well. She even tried to convince me that it may have come from the ice maker. I explained to her that the amount in question could not have possibly come from a ice maker (even if it did do you all think that it is safe practice for a restaurant to serve paying customers from dirty/contaminated ice makers and faucets?). She said it was nothing she could do but, forward my information along to the other manager Juan who wouldn't be back to work until Thursday July 23, 2020 at 4pm and that I should expect a call back then. Well, I never received a call back and I refuse to chase these people around. If I couldn't even expect a clean cup of ice water, should I be concerned about what's happening with my food? I just can't believe this happened! I loved San Felipe before this experience and dined there quite frequently. I would have never given them a 1 star until this. I wish they would've been more compassionate and professional and called me back to address my concern, but I guess it wasn't important enough.

When I tell you this place needs what’s coming to them. I ordered 2 extra large burritos and cheese dip. I paid almost $60 and my burritos were tiny and the cheese dip was enough to feed a small child. I call to the restaurant and the manager LITERALLY tells me sorry nothing I can do AND HANGS UP!!! I just wanted to return the food and get some kind of refund because the food was ICE COLD!!!!! What a joke. I’ll be calling and letting it be well known that this place ID A DISGRACE! PS: the burrito looked like it had been cut in half or half eaten. I did not do that, that’s how I opened my container! Is this seriously real life???

Food was pretty good, typical Mexican restaurant food, but my wife ordered fish thinking it was going to be a fried filet of fish, but when it came to the table it was like a scene out of the Christmas story! The just took a whole fish and threw it in the oil fryer and then put it on the plate. Didn't remove the head or the fins, or the skin. Just deep fry and go. Quite weird but the expression on my wife's face- priceless!!

The food was tasty and no real issues with the meal. However, the standard measurement for a shot of any liquor is 1.5 oz. I requested a "crown and coke" which consists of 1 standard shot of Crown Royal and coca cola over ice. I was charged $7.25. Thereafter I requested a double shot of Jack Daniels and received 1.5 oz of Jack Daniels in a standard 1.5 oz capacity shot glass. Naturall6 I assumed this was a mistake, upon receiving my bill I was charged $14.00 for a Double of Jack Daniels. Upon bringing this to the attention of the waitress i was met with comments about how I was wrong and their version of a double shot was the equivalent of the contents of a 1.5 oz captive shot glass. I did not argue the point and simply informed her of the error wherein I was deferred to the manager. I intend to pay my bill knowing this was an intentional attempt to save money on liquor costs for customers unlike myself that have a reasonable wealth of knowledge. After all when you have tended near for 4 years you learn exactly what can and can't for in a 1.5 oz capcity shot glass. Would...

I did not dine in, but what little interaction my husband & I had with the staff was pleasant. We called in our order & paid over the phone. It was easy to place our order & the employee who assisted us on the phone was helpful & patient with us & our questions. LOL, we had a couple questions regarding costs & regarding the difference between certain items that seemed very similar. We did not have a menu nor did we have the ability to access their website at that moment so we had a few questions. 😊 The price was very reasonable as well. We got dinner for myself, my husband, & our teen son. They gave us the estimated time our order should be ready, & when we got there to pick it up, it had just finished! 😁 The food was delicious & fresh & hot! Also, the amount of food was generous &...
