Subway — Restaurant in Siler City

Love it, love it, love it. I come here frequently to relax a little after shopping in Wal-Mart. (I'm here often enough that they ought to charge me rent!) The staff is invariably super friendly and super helpful, the food is good, and nobody seems to mind if I sit and write or draw for a few hours. It's great. I can't say enough good things about this place. (The Wal-Mart is especially nice, too. We're lucky here.)

I usually get the meatball -- heaven on a bun, if you ask me --- although sometimes I'll get the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Everything looks fresh (well, as fresh as it gets in a restaurant) and tastes at least as good as it looks. The place is always spotlessly clean, flies are never a problem, etc etc etc. I could go on, but you get the point.

I should mention, though, that if you come here during peak hours (you know, when the highway's backed up), plan to hang around a little -- this location is frequently slightly understaffed, and quite a line can build up. Not their fault, if you ask me -- good people are hard to find these days, and there's plenty more to running a Subway franchise than being able to make a sandwich.

I should probably also mention... there's actually another Subway a few doors down in the same shopping center, and I really don't know why, or how they manage to compete. Hey, Subway Corporate -- yeah, you guys in the fancy suits -- merge that restaurant with this one. You don't need to be paying what has to be seriously steep rent for two locations in the same shopping center, needless to say -- and /this/ spot could use another person or two behind the counter at peak hours.

Ok not even a star I hate this subway literally went to get a sub steak and cheese in a friendly way this old lady because she looked older than the other workers rolled her eyes at me as she said she only had cheese on the herb and cheese sub I asked her to replace it with Italian and got mad she even threw my food in the counter she was rude, some people just don't deserve a job another reason is that their was a Hispanic girl and a guy that was Hispanic having difficulties speaking English she never helped him but did help another person these employees are absolutely awful the only ones I liked was the little girl working their the younger ones have more respect then...

We move back to Siler city two years ago and my mother suggested this subway for lunch and I have been sold ever sense !! This location is always clean from the front of the door to the back. The team is friendly professional and prompt. The service area is spotless and the bread and all the ingredients are crisp and fresh each time I visit . And to top it off they keep the dining area, the floors and the bathroom spotless. I can honestly say that the subway it the only subway that I will even consider dining with !! When it comes to excellent service, cleanliness and freshness this subway shines brighter than...
