1 star is to much. Today I went to the new Taco Bell in Siler City, NC. Like, I do a lot. I am also trying to support my community and restaurants in these times. However, there is a problem if you order is always wrong one way or another. Most of the time, I catch before I leave the drive thru, except today. So with this being a problem all the time I thought I would call and let the manager knowâŚâŚ.Well I was fine until I asked for the Manager and he said he was. So I asked who I was speaking to. He said I canât give you my name. WHAT? Asked again and he refused unless it warranted it. WHAT? So I proceeded to tell him that they get my order all the time. It is right on the receipt but wrong when they give you the food. I asked do they not read the order. He asked me why I was being rude. I told him I didnât start the rudeness he did when he would not tell me who I was speaking too. Not asking you whole name and address, just first name that is proper customer service. I know I am in customer service business. At this point I told him they are not better than when they were at the KFC, which btw this Taco Bell is owned by the same people as the KFC. He then told me I didnât have to come back and hung up on me. That is ok I will not. I will go to Pittsboro Taco Bell before I go back. Things would have been fine had he given me his first name and apologized and made it right. If you ask me he has something to hide you donât want to give your first name.    Read moreThe older manager lady who works in the mornings is extremely annoying. We went for breakfast around 9:30 am and the doors were unlocked so we walked right in. We placed our order on the kiosk and a few more people start coming in. The manager lady walks up to the front and sees people in the lobby and starts complaining as to why we came in. She started making comments about how the drive through is open and we could've gone there to order. She had said she only leaves the door unlocked for employees, well if she didn't want people walking in don't leave the door unlocked or make a sign or something. We waited for about 25 min for our food and the delay was because apparently they were out of sausage that morning and couldn't make the burrito I ordered. She could've said that from the start rather than have us wait so long before saying something. I asked how that could be resolved (either cancel the burrito from the order, or substitute for steak) and she sounded fed up when telling the cook to make the burrito with steak instead of sausage and said it was more expensive that way. I told her I had no problem paying the difference I just wanted something done about it so I wouldn't keep on waiting, but instead she just...
   Read moreI ordered the party pack plus 4 soft tacos and 4 chalupas. When I get home to eat I found fruit flies inside the packaging of my tacos and coming out of the box. We had to throw everything in the trash. I called up there and the guy I spoke to told me to come in the morning with my receipt to get a refund. When I arrived at the store the next morning with my receipt in hand I immediately got called a liar and he started cursing at me in front of my kids and he told the others to call the police on me. They also called the so called manager and he also said not to give me a refund. The sweet lady that was there helping them out felt bad for how he was treating me and was going to give me a refund and the other guy snatched the receipt out of her hand and threw it at me and told me to get out. Wow, what has this world came to? I have worked fast food and this is not professional and a way to treat your customers, especially when they are telling the truth. I hope everyone sees this and doesn't come here if they want to be treated with respect and have decent food. May also want to go without your kids in case you have a bad experience.
