Review for Bojangles: Celebrating Ana, the Best Employee and Manager
When it comes to exceptional service and management, Ana at Bojangles truly sets the gold standard. From the moment you walk into her location, it’s clear that Ana runs a tight ship while fostering a welcoming and friendly environment. Her dedication to both her customers and her team is evident in every interaction.
First and foremost, Ana’s customer service is unparalleled. She greets every patron with a warm smile and ensures that each order is taken with care and accuracy. On one occasion, I arrived during a busy lunch rush, expecting a long wait, but Ana and her team had the line moving seamlessly. Ana personally checked on guests to ensure they were satisfied, which left me and others feeling valued and appreciated. Her ability to stay calm and positive during high-stress situations speaks volumes about her leadership skills.
Ana also goes above and beyond when it comes to food quality. Bojangles is known for its delicious biscuits and chicken, and Ana ensures that every meal served is fresh and up to standard. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the consistency in flavor and presentation reflects Ana’s commitment to excellence. She makes sure her team is trained to maintain the high standards Bojangles is known for, and it shows in every bite.
What sets Ana apart as a manager is her ability to build relationships—not just with customers but also with her staff. It’s evident that her team respects and admires her, as they work efficiently and with enthusiasm. Ana takes time to mentor her employees, creating an environment where they feel supported and empowered. This positive energy radiates throughout the restaurant and contributes to an overall outstanding experience.
Another noteworthy quality is Ana’s attention to detail. She ensures the restaurant is spotless, the self-serve stations are stocked, and the dining area is inviting. Even when the location is busy, Ana’s organizational skills ensure that nothing is overlooked.
In a world where exceptional service is often rare, Ana reminds us of how impactful great leadership and genuine kindness can be. Bojangles is lucky to have someone of her caliber representing the brand, and her work does not go unnoticed. If every Bojangles had an Ana, dining out would always be an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Ana, for setting the...
Read moreI asked if the had a Cajun filet sandwich, I did not see one on the menu. The young cashier nodded yes. We asked again, a Cajun filet sandwich? She replied yes. She typed in Cajun filet sandwich, which the receipt reflected. We were given a Cajun filet biscuit. That was not what we ordered. We went back into the restaurant and told them of their mistake and showed them receipt. They threw the biscuit away and made a new sandwich. They brought out a grilled chicken sandwich. That was again not what was ordered! When this was pointed out to them, they had no answer as to why they once again gave us the wrong item. We then asked for our money back. The large lady walked away and was gone for 5 minutes with no comment to us before she walked away. She proceeded to make other orders and ignore us. When she finally came back she said instead of a refund her “manager” (whom we never saw) said they could make us the correct sandwich and give us a Bo-berry biscuit. At this point in time our faith in their ability to make the correct sandwich was gone. I want to point out that by this time our other food is ice cold and the fried are inedible. We left without the correct sandwich and without getting our money back. The manager never made themselves known. We were never given the managers information. The quality of service was absolutely dismal. The training of the employees was likewise as dismal. They had no idea on how to handle the situation, or even how to make the correct sandwiches that people order. This is unacceptable. Basic knowledge of customer service and how to make menu items is the absolute bare minimum that customers should expect. This location obviously has a employee problem, as well as a manager problem, that will drive away business unless it is fixed. Stay away if you expect quality service and the...
Read moreThe attitudes and disrespect was so disheartening from the GIRLS in the drive thru window at the 2nd window around lunch today 6/9. There were huge army tanks parked by the speaker where you order, so I couldn't hear what was being said very well, not to mention, I am already hard of hearing. When I was trying to get sauces at the 2nd window for my kids tender meal, & what I thought was my tender meal, the rudely told me I only got one, & I'd have to buy another sauce. I said "well I just want one for my tender meal and one for hers, a bo & bbq" they said I didn't order that I ordered a bone in meal. I said "oh no, I was trying to order the tender meal, i couldnt hear well back there" again rudely they told me to "pull up" She then brought out my food and I again was asking for sauce, all I wanted was 1 bo sauce, 1 BBQ. She told me I'd have to buy it bc they already put sauce in there. I opened the box to ranch and all I could do was giggle bc I never asked for that, but in order to get the sauce I wanted I'd have to pay more. It wasn't as much what they said, it was more how they delivered it. They didn't have to treat me like that.. point...
