Large store with a large selection of used items and occasionally new ones. Games may easily be missing pieces. Aisles and aisles of clothes. Small section of books and dvds, etc. More aisles of dishware and knick-knacks and other items. The staff is consistently superficially friendly. This lack of genuine personal attention and disinterest in customer satisfaction is unusual for a retailer that needs customers to stay in business. I check in from time to time but I end up leaving wondering why I bothered. There are so many other similar venues that are friendly and carry similar if not better items. I think I will just do that and wait six months to a year to see if anything...
Read moreIs the message " There Is No Hope" I donated a large box of kids clothing and toys. A lady with the initials HM was very rude and abrupt and was not willing to answer my questions gave me a receipt for the donations. I mean come on it's a thrift store it doesn't take much to be nice especially if the employee is supposed to be doing something for a good cause. She seemed miserable so either she hates her job or has a bad attitude it just doesn't reflect well on the company and what their trying to accomplish. Please hire better people with a better attitude that want to help...
Read moreI’ve been going to this thrift store for many years and the last time I went I decided was probably going to be the last time I go. I’ve been thrifting my whole life so it hurts to see these companies turn so greedy. everything is $10 or more now. Items are priced based off brands and not with the low income community in mind. & the worst part is that you can’t try clothes on so you end up spending a lot of money on clothes you don’t like or can’t wear. buying secondhand doesn’t make any sense anymore especially when I can go to tj maxx or ross and get brand new clothes...
