Scrambled Eggs Cafe — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos to go. Was told the food would be ready in 25 minutes, arrived a little early, and food was waiting for me.

Service was great, cashier added salsa and utensils without me having to ask.

Burrito was hot (temperature), delicious, and hefty. The ingredients were a bit segregated in each bite. For example, one bite was all potatoes, and one bite was all egg, cheese, or sausage. I ended up cutting mine up and eating it like a Burrito bowl instead. Maybe mixing the ingredients in a bowl before rolling the Burrito would resolve this. I'm glad they gave the salsa, it was much needed.

I have to edit my review it used to be a great place to eat that is not so the service not what it was I was there and stood for 5 minutes before I was seated then the waiters dismissed me when I told her I knew what I wanted no offer of coffee just to wait I look around could tell that no body seating was Happy I left went to another restaurant they were busy but still took time to offer coffee seat me right away and took my order I hate to see.my favorite restaurant go.these way if they continue to lose consumers like me that are long time costumers they will go out of business And the sad.part is they were not that busy and service was bad when the owners are not there these is not...

Ferretiz food is always scrumptious and well priced for the quality and amount of food you get. The owner (I think his name is Armando) is super friendly. A warm kind individual. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. He likes to chat he's a people person. The restaurant is small and quaint and right now they have outdoor seating during covid and they even have heat lamps which we really enjoyed now that it's getting cold. They have the partner restaurant just down the way in the same plaza called Burger Express and they have some good Mexican food, some of the only authentic Mexican food in Simi.
