Too Long Didnt Read(TLDR): The service and experience was phenomenal. He had a high attention to detail, and I learned a lot from him.

I waited a few days before making this review to ensure the service was genuine.

Now, I don't claim to be experienced in computers, but I do know enough to understand each component and their functions and limitations, but that being said: I was having issues with blue screening with the error code "whea_uncorrectable_error"(hardware failure) and I would do my own troubelshooting to determine the problem. I came to my own conclusion that it was either my PSU (power supply) or my NVMe (storage) that was failing.

Now; it being a higher-end gaming computer, the components can be fairly expensive, and I didnt have the proper equipment to inspect components, nor did I have to funds to take a chance at being wrong. So I set aside my ego and took a chance at this place, and I'm glad that I did.

To make a long story short, it turned out to be my NVMe which was the my second assumption, but for a reason I completely overlooked. Little did I know storage drives can overheat, something I didn't even consider as a possibility. and the part to fix my issue only cost me a fraction of the component to replace it.

The price for troubleshooting was a little more than I expected, but I viewed it as paying someone to share their years of knowledge and expertise. The amount of attention to detail and care he took into the job was reassuring, he even pointed out small imperfections in my computer I should consider correcting before they become a...

I was building a gaming PC. It was not my first time building a computer, but I was having issues with the computer booting to the bios. I was scheduled to leave town that day, and was looking for answers. I dropped my computer off to Larry, and he was able to diagnose it for me within 5 hours. It turned out to be a bad motherboard. He gave me his recommendations on what to do, and I ordered another motherboard.

After ordering another motherboard, I still had issues with the computer. This time, it was my fault. Larry, again, took the time to diagnose my computer (on Memorial Day) and gave me another solution to fix my issues. I again, ordered new parts, and got my computer up and running.

Larry is a great guy. He’s very honest, and I highly recommend his services. He taught me a few things about building computers that I will not forget....

Guys like Larry are so hard to come by nowadays. He is truly passionate about his work and shows when you talk to him. I brought him my pc that wouldn't turn on and he fixed it, right away. I knew after I dropped my PC off, it was in good hands. I had been told by a different pc place that I would have to buy a new CPU and it turns out they were dead wrong. I've been to many different PC repair shops over the years and I'm so happy to say that I've finally found my PC repair guy. He's an expert in his field and I'll happily give him my business any time I have an issue in the future....
