Showed up with the the aftermarket radio, wiring harness, and steering wheel control harness. They couldn’t get the steering wheel controls to work and said that it could be any number of code needed to get it working. I brushed it off and googled the issue they described and thought I could figure it out. Can’t believe my surprise when I look at my radio and see that they cut and soldered the $50 wiring harness I paid for. No wonder the steering wheel controls don’t work. They didn’t bother connecting my aux or usb connections to the aftermarket radio. They drained my battery and didn’t tell me. (45mins), they gave me a price, I said to myself "that's kinda high?" and I went to Al & Ed's and spent a bit more. I then had to return to Audio Concepts less then 2yrs later to have them redo ALL of Al & Eds previous work (wiring/speakers/amp setup/etc). They told me I had to buy a new sub and they'll put it in for free even though they broke the one i had personally gave them to put in my car.
