Belk — Local services in Simpsonville

My friends and I about six families we are going stop shopping at Belk in Simpsonville because they are sponsors the beggars they are as well as they are harassing us for money and they are occupied bench, it should be for customers and elderly, waiting for their spouses shopping or any other reason not for homeless sitting on this bench made up specially for customers Now they are inside the building using the bathroom this is. Uncivilized image for Belk sponsor these people instead let them work and earn money The bathroom horrible smell disgusting. They are sitting where you go inside Belk unbelievable they are 100% sponsor and encourage homelessness . this is sad we need to go shopping and now we are responsible to see these people sitting and sharing bathroom now unsterile bathroom l can call it !!!!! Unbelievable do not go to Belk Simpsonville you need to find another Belk because all the clothes now even inside the store I don’t feel it is comfortable to shop from them.

I feel so sad. This place used to be a good place now they going to lose...

I went to return 2 Raph Lauren dresses purchased from Belk. Each dress had the tags on them and I had a receipt before the expiration date to return. They were purchased on my credit card. The Belk in Simpsonville refused to return it at this store location and said I had to drive to Haywood Mall. The reason they gave me was that the dresses were $200 each and it was too expensive for them to return , so rather than just return a product that I purchased from them they are inconveniencing me driving over Haywood Mall to return at Belk!! Why isn’t Belk, Belk? They acted like I was doing something wrong purchasing a dress that they said they don’t have clientele at this Belk location purchasing such expensive items. Which is a ridiculous thing to even say!!! They definitely don’t care about customer service at this location. I drove to Haywood Mall and they happily...

I love Belks and usually the employees are very helpful but I went 2 days ago to by 3 pairs of Jelly Pop Sneakers for myself, my mom and my aunt. I asked the girl in the shoe dept if she would help me find the shoes cause I had 3 different sizes and 3 different colors. When I started to ask the 1st time, she just walked off and started talking to another employee. So I politely said mam can you help me find the 3 sizes and colors I need in the jelly pop sneakers? She actually rolled her eyes and pointed at where the shoes were and said "They are all right there so if you cant find want you want then we dont have it" I was shocked! I just went over and looked myself, found what I needed except the Size 8 white canvas because they were sold out and left. I will go to the store again but if that girl is working I will speak to a manager cause her customer...
