Got a venti white chocolate mocha frappuccino triple. The whole thing had the consistency of foam I don't know what happened here but it messed me up bad. I mean for 12 bucks it better be like a perfect coffee. This is normally what I get and it's awesome. Don't know what happened here but probably won't be going back to this location. Location is beautiful inside and out and service was fast but I feel like the automatic tipping system where it asks you to tip it's horrible where you get asked everywhere you go for anything. Just like everywhere else that asks for a tip at the counter for something that takes 30 seconds it's not like these people are getting paid $6 an hour like at places where people live off tips. Like I appreciate service anywhere but I can't tip everywhere that I'm ever going to purchase something to put in my body. It's different when there's a server taking care of me in between the kitchen and my table, or someone valeting your car and making sure it's in good care and retrieved quickly and carefully. It creates the expectation and I feel like sometimes that has something to do with the quality of what you're getting. People up top probably don't even read these but it's a problematic up and down the system and needs to stop. I don't want to be asked every time I swipe my card if I'm going to be tipping and then when I press no I get a crappy product. Think about it seriously... I can't say for sure this is what happened but I know for a fact that it doesn't help. We are all human and you give something for people get salty about when they're already getting paid $15 an hour around.. I regress not trying to sound like a dick this is just an all-around corporate problem. Just like at hotels that charge $60 base overhead just to valet your car and the company still thinks they can pay their employees $6 an hour on the expectations that they're still going to get tipped when you're raping your customers on the back end it's almost an undoable thing.
Honestly if I could at least get a free coffee to replace the 12 to $13 cup of foam that I got that caused me to puke out my window as I was going down the road I would be more than happy to take this down and leave a five-star review across the board. Like a $20 gift card so I can get the coffee I wanted It would mean a lot to me and I would continue to go to Starbucks and even this location. Because where I'm at right now I will never go back to any Starbucks you charged way too much to not be able to make things right, however if you can and do then it will really show that you actually hear your customers and change my outlook and I would love to come back. Honestly I think that would be more than fair and a show of good faith toward your customers. I normally really enjoy what I get but this was disgusting and unacceptable and honestly I just want my coffee. Paying $13 going on for a cup of stomach upsetting foam really messed up my day. I leave reviews on here but try not to leave bad ones ever if I can help it. Every dollar we get these days is extremely valuable and this time of inflation so yeah I would love to leave you a good review I just want my coffee to be replaced. So if you could shoot me a $20 gift card so that I can just replace this experience with a good one I would love to give you a raving five star review and take this crap down. My email is alex.frazier9@gmail.com if we can make this right I'm not trying to solicit you or get anything for free I just want the coffee I paid for...
Read moreThis particular location of Starbucks has some real management issues. Reading through the reviews for this location I quickly realize that almost every one of your customers that comes here and is treated rudely by your employees and also receives poor quality food seems to get your standard reply that You’re sorry to hear of the experience and please contact Starbucks. Well, let me tell you something. I had another horrible experience here yesterday with two homeless people sleeping in your table and chairs area where paying customers are supposed to be sitting enjoying their coffee or pastries. Why in the hell do you allow homeless people to park shopping carts full of dirty clothes in front of your door and then have them to sleep in your lobby and dirty up your bathrooms. No need to send me a note saying that you’re sorry to hear of my experience because I’m already going to Starbucks corporate and I’m turning in this location as the worst I have ever been W. Georgia Rd. and other Starbucks locations have it down Pat what is wrong with you and your location! Although I will never visit this location again, I would encourage you to get your act together because reading these horrible reviews just shows me poor management!! EDIT TO MY REVIEW; Well I’m not surprised that I received your idiotic standard response asking me to log onto your “contact us” page. If your customer service people were on top of things, ya’all would realize that I’ve already used the contact us link and I am anxiously awaiting a call from the district manager to discuss these issues. So really the only thing I can say is I will be expecting...
Read moreRead moreI've been a fan for years (maybe since 1999) and have traveled all over the United States. This by far is the worst coffee house i've ever had the misfortune to visit. Employees have a way of making you feel like you have entered into their homes without an invitation. When they get your order wrong and you make the mistake of bringing it to his/her attention you will be greeted by 3 to 4 angry employees with arms crossed. I have seen this several times at this location. This is the only Starbucks in my area. Aggressive is the only word that describes the feel and not just me. Maybe if you have grown up here that seems normal but it's not. When you give any company your business that entitles you to a GENERAL amount of respect. They don't get that. Some things that's happened to, me: ordered a drink word for word off menu (employee laughed out loud corrected me by saying [do you mean] and shaking her head just to let me know how stupid I was. gave a drink with lipstick marks on it. gave me a drink not what I ordered, and on and on, but all these accounts were met with a mad argumentative employee backed up with 2 or 3 more standing behind them. I blame the companies here because they have given the employee a false sense of power over the customers. The more people transplant from other states the more these companies will have to reevaluate their employees and the inability to tolerate their bad behavior. I'm a GOOD and FRIENDLY customer and don't deserve the poor treatment. Shame on all the people that work here! Just be friendly...
