I went in and paid $200 to have my phone screen replaced. The only thing wrong with my phone was the cracked screen. They did a series of test while I was there to ensure the phone was working correctly and it was. I picked my phone up and have had nothing but trouble with it. It constantly pops up menus and scrolls thourgh screens just like someone is touching the screen when no one is. The phone is unable to be used when charging because the slightest movement of the charging cord and menus pop on the phone and apps even open. It often drops the siginal from 4g to 3g and on rare occasion to 1x. I never had any of these problems before. I went back to the store and explained my problems. They promised to call their tech support and order a new screen to redo the repair. In the end they did nothing. They wont even call me back. I even have a friend who knows the owner and spoke to the owner and they refuse to do anything. I don't even want my money back. At very least they could have called their tech support and let me know what they said but they couldn't even do that. This company pays 13 an hour for people starting out and expects you to get in the groove of fixing phones, closing and opening, cutting keys, programming fobs, and dealing with extremely difficult and harsh people. Jerry is the reason the pay won't be raised barely. They claim it's 15 after you through training even with the kid they now have working he wasn't even taught how to fill batteries or even do it safely without getting battery acid on him self .

Called to get a quote on a Samsung Galaxy S5 that had a cracked screen which belonged to my Husband. The guy was very friendly and helpful, then provided me with a quote. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment and got a $10.00 discount but could not print it out. Guess what! I still got the discount.
