Customer service could improve and they could better understand where people come from. They do take advantage of people. I was being charged $14.99 a week for a office chair that's new on Amazon for $89.99 they had on 12 month lease that's $720 in 12 months. When I found out I was being taken advantage I returned the chair and of course they weren't happy because they said they would loose money when they just resell it at same price and get their money. They definitely make over the 90 bucks so they aren't loosing anything. They tried to double charge me when I returned few items they said they needed to charge me again when I would call them out and say no I'm returning stuff before my due date on days I already paid for they would get mad and say just bring me my Sh$t back. They also write down your card number and claim to keep it on the computer yet I watched Chad write it down on a piece of paper, which is very unsecure thing to do. When your a day behind they will send their delivery guys to your house to knock on your door or slip notes under your door to call or you will loose your rental privileges. Chad is straight up rude as long as you don't have a different opinion then he does your fine but the moment u do he acts like a toddler and says he no longer wants to do business with you. I won't do business with them again I am all for lease companies when they charge a real amount. $1,900 for a ps5 is very un realistic. I was hesitant doing a rent to own type thing again. However Chad and Dave are excellent and work with you on what you want with reasonable prices to. Got a brand new TCL 65 inch QLED tv for a reasonable price, the price isn't much different then if you were to finance through bestbuy and they protect it and warranty it during your agreement time and give you a date on when you will own it with an ownership goal.
