Came here with my daughter. She got a basic pedi and I got the next step up. We were there for a total of 20 min start to finish. Extremely rough, rushed and rude. My daughters nail color was wrong and the lady argued about it when we showed her twice. There was zero effort put in any steps of the service. My upgraded pedicure was no different from my daughters, in fact I would say worse at a higher cost. The staff was rude. No thank you at the end. No nothing. I went here once about a year ago and it was great. This time was horrible. Please save your money and time and go elsewhere. I dont just leave this review as an upset customer but also as a cosmetologist who does pedicures for a living as well. We were killing time while waiting for our car to be worked on at kia up the road and stopped in because it was within walking distance. Another wise note is the cleanliness of the place. 6 staff members sitting around instead of doing anything productive. This was the most unwelcoming, unappreciative and worst pedicures of our lives. We will never go back. My daughters feet hurt from the rough rubbing she did on her toes with a pumice stone and the oils and lotion burned after the rough mishandling of her skin. HORRIBLE!! Do yourself a favor and keep shopping. Absolutely the worst customer service and service provided in the area. Made an appointment, but I'm not sure why. Sat for thirty minutes before they finally called my name. Just needed a simple pedicure and shellac yet they ALWAYS find a way to charge you more for less. Couldn't seem to find the color I wanted so she told me to pick something close. Seriously? Then she insisted for $3 more, she could match to the color of the picture I showed her. A simple pink, girls. That's all I wanted. Now, most of the time, you go to a salon and they show you thousands of shellac colors. Nope. Not US Nails. Apparently they're running short and don't offer much of a selection, but for $3, they can 'match' to the shade you show them. Well! Imagine my surprise when her idea of match was a "top coat". Came in to this salon 45min before closing. Asked for a full set and a pedi. The got me in right away. But as I was searching and suggesting for colors for my polish, I was told they didn’t have those options. So I just had to request white tips. I also requesting multiple tip to recharge some nails due to her shaping being awful and uneven. She didn’t listen. I finally request some chrome. But even then she packed it on so much I could barely see the white tips too.. got done with the full she and moved on to the pedi. She didn’t ask if the water was to hot. burn myself and eventually I request a nail file so I could fix my nail shape myself. I couldn’t even fix it but I did my best. I was annoyed she seemed rushed to leave for the day. She burned me with the hot towel too. Overall I’m disappointed with service. And I still was charge over 112 this this crappy service.
