I had an awful pick up experience at the store. I got to there at 11a, and as I was walking to the door, an employee rushed by me, let herself in & then locked the door behind her. I looked at the time and saw it was passed 11a. I knocked on the door and the manager guy just stood behind the counter and looked at me.
I called the store and he ignored it. He then walked to the front and started slowly opening the shades and the turned on the signs, but still didn’t unlock the door. After standing there for almost five minutes, still knocking, he finally unlocked the door. I asked why he or the other girl didn’t unlock the door at 11a when they opened. He shot me a death glare and started mumbling under his breath as he walked away from me.
I went to the counter and said I was there for a pick up. He ignored me and told me to let him know if I needed help. I reiterated that I had a pick up order.

I ordered and paid Jan 2nd. Today is 11th and I get an email saying it's at post office. I call post office, staff did not put my apartment number in the address.
