Culver’s — Restaurant in Sioux City

Ordered our food waited for quite a while to get our order. When we arrived at home my wife was so angry to find out that there was no top to her Atlantic cod sandwich. The disregard for attention to detail has been surprising. We love Culver’s but over the last year it has been one disappointment after another. From ordering and paying for a double and receiving a single ( on more than one occasion) to not receiving all of our items that we paid for. To just getting the wrong items all together, And to drive back to the restaurant after getting settled in at home, well let’s just face it. Who has the energy!! I guess it’s just way to hard to put both pieces of bread on a sandwich before you close the box. Or double check an order that cost twenty some bucks before it leaves the kitchen. When we (customers ) pay in advance for our food we expect to get what we paid for. The store surely made sure that they counted their money and it was all there before they attempted to produce any food. So wouldn’t be fair to us (the consumer ) to...

Another place starting to charge for condiments. Ranch dressing 25cents, after taxes 27cents. I got near 20dollars worth of food and I went back to get ranch sauce and they wanted to charge me. Which if I had a quarter and 2 penny's. I would have. I didn't want to run my card for such a low amount and they refused to give me the sauce. I asked for a refund and they did. Never was they rude. The worst part. They just threw it away! After my refund. I will not go to Culver's again. In any location. If they think it's ok to waste food like that. They're prices are already high (that's before this supposed inflation as well!) and the nerve they have to charge for ranch sauce! Then just threw food away! If i knew they would do that. I would have paid the 27cents! Terrible waste! (Especially when a person was on the corner asking, with a sign for anything, in January. Culver’s has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants since it first opened. The last couple times I’ve ordered. However, the last couple of times I’ve eaten there, my burger has been way undercooked. Not just a little pink either. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was just an accident. I ordered food there again about 2 weeks later and got another undercooked burger. So, I gave Culver’s a break for a few months and decided to try it again today. And yes, an undercooked burger. Unfortunately I get my food through the drive thru, so by the time I actually eat it I’m already home - 25 miles away. And I don’t want to feel like I should have to check my burger in the drive thru line before I drive away. As much as I hate to, I’m not going to be stopping at Culver’s any time soon.
