My fiance and I went and ordered a bacon cheese burger, hogie, and potatoe skins for "Dine In Service" at 5:03 pm. After waiting 20 minutes, we noticed a group of people order for "Dine In Service". About 15 minutes later we witnessed two employees bring out their food and serve it to them. We were being starred at from this group as we sat waiting in frustration for our "Dine In Service". At 5:53 my fiance approaches the counter and asks the employee what is going on with our food that we had ordered nearly an hour ago. The employee then goes to the food that is sitting on another counter and checks the name and the tag and says that has been done for awhile. The employee that took our order then goes over and rips the tag off the packaged food and realizes it says for "Dine In Service" and proceeds to say, "oopps, that is not my fault" and begins to take the packaged food apart and put it on the plate. My fiance then says we have waited for two long and are frustrated, that we will take it home. We feel tremendously unappreciated and ignored. The fact that no one took notice of me and my fiance sitting 6 feet away from the counter at the table with our drinks waiting for our food, or the same two employees serving people that ordered 20 minutes after us walking right by our table and not saying anything or thinking anything of it is just so disappointing. The disappointing lack of customer acknowledgement or care is extremely poor. Serving up cold food an hour later is also not acceptable. 0 stars West Front Market if it was possible. Will never return or recommend and will continue to share...
Read moreTried pizza here for the first time last night with high hopes I would find a place that could even come close to comparing to Damons in Skowhegan. Sadly it fell short, big time! I was very unimpressed with this pizza. The crust tasted good but thatâs about where it stops; The pizza is rather bland, extremely skimpy on cheese and the cheese is not chewy like pizza cheese is supposed to be. Overpriced for what you get for sure! Also ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich. Also do not recommend that. It too very very bland and I didnât even finish my half because it was dry & had practically no flavor. I get a large pizza for a dollar less at Damons and it is loaded with cheese and delicious! I have now tried every pizza place in Skowhegan and there is no place that even comes close to Damons pizza. Sucks they close so early but I will plan accordingly and always get my pizza from there. Going there tonight as this pizza just made me want good pizza. Leftovers are going to...
Read moreMy favorite small market around. I love their baked goods and the kitchen makes great food as well. They also offer Chester Chicken for a quick and easy meal. They also have a Frazil slushy machine which only the good stores have đ They have the best selection of everything overall in comparison to other stores around. Staff are also polite and add to the already great experience had here! ...
