I’ve been here several times but Friday and Sunday was the worst ever. They only had 4 flavors to choose from. I figured maybe it’s because they are cleaning the machines. But secondly, there were ssssooooooooo many flies on the toppings. As i stood in line i counted 6-7 flies sitting on the /food/toppings and on the windows. I understand they can’t put out fly bait during hours but they need to get rid of the flies sitting off hours or something.

In case you didn’t know the reason flies are nasty is because when they land on things they regurgitate/ throw-up what ever they land on leaving germs and bacteria for humans to eat. The flyer could hang just gotten food from a trash can, a toilet or off of someone else’s saliva then laid on a topping for some human to put on their frozen yogurt. This is how e we get sick.

Please get rid of the flies, then i will be back for more $10...

This is obviously a hometown favorite. Stopped in on "no weigh Wednesday". The place was humid/hot, jam packed and the bar of toppings was disgusting, empty and dirty. Not to mention their entire POS was down and only took cash. I had to rely on a friendly customer to help me out. The cashier (tall guy with black hair and glasses) was very non-chalant and only made an announcement about cash only after I expressed disdain. Also the price has gone up significantly, in the past no weigh was $5 now its $6, $8 and $10. What a scam for a very mediocre experience. Been eating SW since college but this location has turned me off. Will find a more local ice cream/frozen yogurt spot to support instead of this chain that's...

The ice cream and toppings were just like any where else so nothing special. Door says they close at 2pm to clean but we got there at 1:58 and I have yet to see these employees move from behind the counter. There is one table behind us that 2 different groups of people sat at and not once was it cleaned. Grosses me out. Thought this was a clean place to take my kids. Also a bit pricey for ice cream and toppings. Could have gotten the same thing at sheets cheaper. Playing on phones instead of cleaning. They are also out of napkins which...
