Ninja Japan — Restaurant in Smithfield

1st Time here, placed online order at 8:57pm, they close at 9:30pm. I get here told no online orders since 5:29pm, I show him my order confirmation, even go back to website and pull up the order and show it to him. He takes a picture of the order and confirms it's their website. I show him the funds were taken out of my bank account and he just says again they don't have the order. I ask how I get my money back and he says if he had the order he would cancel it for me but since he doesn't I'll have to dispute it with the bank. No offer to make the food or anything, I said this was my 1st time here and will be my last because I'm out my money and have no food either. This place is now one of my go to places while shopping at Smithfield. The food was excellent and the portions were more than enough to satisfy a hungry appetite. I had the teriyaki chicken entre and my wife had the hibachi chicken entre. In fact, I would venture to say that the portions in an entre are suitable for two. Moreover, the dining area was neat and clean with the drink area well stocked. The restrooms were also well kept. I can vouch for the men's and my wife told me the women's restroom was clean. Horrible service there was a young male kid taking my order, nasty attitude I told I wanted two teriyaki bowls one with fried rice and one with vegetables no rice ; He spoke so low I couldn’t even hear anything he told me I told him to repeat the order please and I still couldn’t hear him. I waited 26 minutes to get my food just for it to be wrong, I wanted to fried rice on one he didn’t even bother to give me a bag to go when I told him it was to go but he gave everyone else bags to go.
