Don’t order from this location. They STEAL your money!!!!This store is horrible, at least the shift of employees working the morning/afternoon shift on December 23,2022. I placed a mobile order and was already in the parking lot when I received a test message that my mobile order was ready for pick up, i went right in but no food was in the pick up area and the staff did not say anything. I waited around as I figured that my food was coming up shortly and it would be placed in the pick up area when ready( like other Taco Bell locations ) but this never happened. The staff came up to me one time to ask what I was waiting on and I said a mobile order under the name xxxxx and she just walked off without saying anything. After waiting for 30 minutes I went up to the counter to try and get help but no one was there. You can see and hear the employees in the kitchen so I said, “excuse me, can someone help me please”, everyone pretended not to hear. One employee looked me dead in my face but went back to talking with her co-worker. I was finally able to flag an employee down after waiting an additional 5 mins and explained that I was waiting on an order to which she said the order was not there. The same front counter person walked up and suddenly remembered that she had placed a bag of food near the drive thru window awhile ago and tried to give me that food( no apology was offered). I asked how long the food was sitting there and that’s when the staff begrudgingly said they could remake the food. Given how long I had been waiting and the attitude of the staff the entire time, I asked for a refund instead and they suddenly got defensive. I was told that it was basically my fault. The front desk person called out the order 1 time and no one answered( mind you I came in as soon as I received notification that my order was ready), so why do I want a refund? When I asked her why she did not call the order out again she had no response to that question. Another employee commented that I had just been standing there( admission that they noticed me but did nothing). Yes, I was standing there patiently waiting for my food. I walked into a restaurant, I was waiting to be serviced and when I did say something( repeatedly), I was ignored. There was about 7 employees in there and none of them were teenagers. It was astonishing that people this old thought that their response was acceptable. That front desk employee called the order out once and then placed the order to the side instead of placing it in the designated mobile order pickup area. The order should have been placed in the correct area so the customer can claim it or she should have made sure that the called out the order multiple times. I was there 30 mins, she never called out my name. I even GAVE her my name and she still said nothing and tried to give me cold food that had been sitting there for 30 minutes. None of them took accountability nor did they even try to fix the situation. They provided no instructions on how I could get my money back. I had to leave the store with NO FOOD while they still had MY MONEY. This location essentially STOLE from me....
Read moreEdit After a horrible experience 2 months ago, I decided to finally go back for my free combo I was told I would be able to receive for all of the inconvenience I went through. I ended up dealing with the SAME manager at this Taco Bell location. This time around, he acted professionally. I was able to get my free combo, I also asked if I could get a side of cinnamon twists (which were not included in the combo). He kindly said yes. I made sure to pay for them, as I'm not someone who takes advantage of situations. While I appreciated the improved professionalism and the resolution from my last visit, I know he knew who I was. An acknowledgment & apology would have gone a long way in making this feel completely resolved. I do appreciate the effort to make things right and the polite service this time. I hope this level of professionalism continues moving forward....
I have never been so disgusted or humiliated in my life. I ordered 3 quesadillas tonight. 2 for my boys and 1 for myself. A round trip from our house is approximately 20 minutes. When we got home, there were only 2 quesadillas in the bag. I drove back up to the store and the manager came out and assured me that he bagged the food himself and that there was 3 in the bag. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe some how 2 of them just got stuck together or they put 2 in one wrapper for whatever reason (?), so I went back home. By then, my kids had ate theirs & there were 2 empty wrappers on the table. I asked them if there was another quesadilla stuck to one of theirs. They said no. I told them that the manager said there was 3 in the bag so I needed to go back again. I've never seen my 9 year old so mad that someone called his mom a liar. He went back with me. The same guy came out and assured me that there was 3 in the bag. My son spoke up & said "no, there was only 2." He kept trying to argue & tell me that he gave me all of them like I was lying. I don't usually blow up, but I cussed bc I was soooo mad. He finally decided to make me one and then said that he put a number 6 in with it. He made sure to tell me not once, but twice that he put that in there for HIS troubles, not mine. The first trip to order food was a 20 minute round trip. The second, to let them know I didn't get my food was another 20 minute round trip. The last time I went (that my son tagged along for) was another 20 minute trip. I had no reason to lie and waste an hour of my life to get a $7 quesadilla. When I got in the car, not only did I have to apologize to my son for getting so mad, but I busted into to tears bc the guy continuously tried to make it out like I was lying in front of customers. My son never wants to go back bc of how they treated me in front of him &...
Read moreDid an online order, checked in at drive thru and was immediately told to drive around to the door. My drinks were forgotten, so I had to wait for the person to bring them out after my food was finally done almost 15 minutes later. Two people had to come out three different times to bring me the drinks, because some were either forgotten again, or given the wrong ones. The doors were locked, so i wasn't able to go inside to get the correct drinks when they were finally brought out to me. Also, they weren't even filled all the way. If I pay for an upgraded drink, I expect a full cup, not a large cup with an inch and half of space. Ordered two deluxe boxes, but the night shift never seems to care that these are actually supposed to come in boxes, so all of our food was just thrown in there, which meant all of our food was smashed or soggy. Nacho chips were actually crumbs with a few large chips, with the nacho sauce barely even covering the bottom of the cup. Because of the lack of boxes, my nacho crumbs were spilled all in the bottom of the soggy bag. Very disappointed with this location. I am in here almost weekly and it's ALWAYS something. I have been locked in this building so many times because I'm usually told to come inside to get our online orders, but they close the dining room every time I've been in there, so I have to have someone open the door for me (usually with some sort of attitude). Ceiling leaks in several places, and has been that way for at least a month that I know of. I really don't know how this location is still in business with this...
