I went to walmart in Smithfield NC. I had such a chaotic experience due to items being price wrong and having to have them fix the price. Due to the commotion I didn't get my $20 I requested back. I realized later I did not get the $20. I called was hung up on. Called back and the associate says the manager wants to know what you want. I then told them the same thing above. The associate then told me to come back in with my reciept. I did just that and when the manager on duty Pamela got to me she goes you the $20 dollars lady. I said yes she grabbed my reciept and walked away. 25 minutes later she returns and says I can not give you the $20 bc the customer behind you took it not a cashier. I ask her if she was serious and why would you have someone else tell me to come in and not return me the $20 in which is clear on video to me as I was not lying. I was then told by Pamela I didn't talk to you so I stated yeah I know you told the associate to ask me what I want and then for the associate to tell me to drive 30 to 45 minutes out of my way when you could have viewed it and told me vs making me come in and turn me away. There is a huge problem with Pamela and the way she handles customers as I was warned by a different associate she is a difficult one and wished me luck to no veil bc I was turned away and never received the $20 I was...

Recieved a lockswith call make a k.ey for a vehicle here, call was fron a female jht said She wanted to pay by phoneand to callor text when ke.y finished. Checkwd out mustang and was about to make key. Called for xeedit xard info and she asked if i had finished key. I said yea and she wanted to pay with messanger ie paypal. Told her ok but didnt know how to take that yet. She expkained ahe wiuld send money order to go inside to bank. At walmart and would be there in few minutes. No money came so I bought some groceries and went back outside and car was gone. Locksmitg scam. I never made key. Keep an eye out here. It's christmas season. They may jump you. Alright so I do not know the lady but someone I know who was homeless at the time was going through the trash bins in search for items to use and a lady came about and threatened to call the police on her because she was going through her trash. First of all if it is in the trash you did not want it to begin with so why are you getting mad at someone for it ? It was so unnecessary and evil because this lady was being rude over something that was trivial. That person needed help and instead of pointing them to the right direction or kindly agreeing for them to do so without leaving a mess is very trashy of them. I do not support locations that do not care about their homeless population and will not be shopping here again.
