I’d give 0 stars if I could, they don’t even deserve one! Especially the actual owner of the store. Made an online order, called to ask if they could wait about 10 minutes before making it because we were held up in traffic and they proceeded to say the food was already made and that was ok with us. When we arrived to the store to pick up the food, we then found out two of the subs won’t made because they were out of the meat the subs needed. We asked them why would they say our order was done when we called and they said they got the orders mixed up. At that point we just decided to not take the other subs because they would had been soggy by the time we waited for them to make the other two subs. So we asked for a refund and they said there was no manager there to do that. Well we asked what to do and they said they will call us back when a manager gets on duty, well that never happened. A week later an no call back. So we called again and they gave me the number to the owner of the store and he was just as rude as they get. Said it’s on us we didn’t take the food, I’m like sir, the food wasn’t complete because they were out of the meat so how would we take food that won’t made. Said he won’t taking money out of his pocket to pay us back for it. Rude. Rude. Rude. I’m getting my $51 back even if I have to sue. And I’ll sue for my time wasted as well. This is a 2nd review made 3 months later... I gave them 3 stars originally now down to 1 smh. This store is horrible. The service was just ok. I'd like to support my local subway but considering 2 of the 3 times I've been here there was an issue I certainly will never be back. I thought I'd give them another try since I received some coupons in the mail but was told by the young man working the counter that his boss ASHVEN does not allow them to accept the coupons. I'll keep them to use at another location since this one doesn't want my business. So I walked a few doors over to Jersey Mike's where I happily paid full price for EXCELLENT service by 3 gentleman, food was fresh and delicious even though it was about 20 minutes before closing. The staff was happy to take my order and answer all my questions considering it was my first time there. Well Jersey Mike's will now be my Go-To for sandwiches. Read moreI walk in, there are three workers present, 2 females and one male. The guy had just come to the dining area as I was walking in and one woman was cashing out a customer, the other walked to the back and then a minute later came out to get something to drink. I stand at the counter with no other people in line. The workers are chatting, getting something to drink and exchanging cash from the tip jar on the counter with cash from the register. This goes on for another couple of minutes with no acknowledgment of my presence at all, so I leave. I tell my fiancee and he goes in to ask when the manager would be in, but they said they didn’t know who that was or when they would be in, nor did they know the number to corporate. When he asked why I couldn’t be served, they said they were too busy…the man still in the dining room hanging around the chip cart, the one woman still exchanging money from tips with the till, and the other still sipping her drink and laughing with her coworkers.
